Victor Donovan is the super evil former CEO of DOATEC and currently the Leader Of MIST he is an antagonist in the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Saga and the husband of Dr. Hämsterviel's whore ex wife the vore queen herself Ms. Mowz. Victor Donovan is also one of the elite members of the NPC Alliance and is the creator of many clones because he is on a quest to make an ultimate weapon to destroy the freaky people. Donovan is also the creator of the Shadow Queen project where he is making a virus that can bring the Shadow Queen to the wiki. Donovan plays an important role in the freaky saga for certain characters due to his overall presence in Bayman's story and being the person who is insane enough to date Hamsterviels ex. he is also the father of Rig. Victor commits immoral human experiments in order to create this "ultimate fighter." He apparently has little respect for idealism, even going as far as to list it as an "endangered species" within DOATEC.

Appearance

Donovan wears a white pinstripe suit and has blonde hair that seems to be slicked completely back. His facial features are entirely unknown as he is seen wearing a mask in all of his appearances in the freaky lore only Ms. Mowz knows what's under the mask.

Etymology

Of Latin origin, his first name Victor means "one who conquers," thus describing his evil, ambitious nature but Victor could also mean positive but in this case its evil. His surname Donovan is both of English and Gaelic for "dark chieftain." This surname describes him as the "dark master" behind the entire events that occurred before the Dead or Alive Tournament and assassination of Fame Douglas.

Biography

Pre Destruction of DOATEC

Victor Donovan was the CEO of DOATEC a weapons research company that specialized in viruses and cloning and Victor had a dream a very very evil dream which was to make the ultimate weapon but his collegues specifically chairman Fame Douglas hated his ambitions so one day he hired a Russian assassin named Bayman to 360 no scope him in exchange for 2 million dollars. after Bayman performed the hit Victor actually lied to him and instead sent people to kill him instead. With Fame dead and nobody to bother him Victor began the work on the ultimate weapon. The nature of Donovan's rebellion is thought to be controversy over experiments to be carried out to create an ultimate Dead or Alive fighter. which is correct because moments after Raidou was killed he took his body and later kidnapped Kasumi to clone her a few times. and thus Kasumi α was born.

Moments after he received word from a man by the name of Juancarlo Albaez who proposed an alliance with him due to him thinking that the ultimate fighter project would be good to destroy all freaky people. Juancarlo who is intending to rule both the NPC Alliance and DOATEC respectively gets the alliance from Donovan and tells him to begin working on a virus using stolen Sex Parasites from Freaky Bob's goon cave. Why is Juancarlo doing this you may ask well its simple he is planning on summoning the shadow queen to the wiki so she can out freak the entire freaky society while he watches from the sidelines Juancarlo hates freaky people but he sees a good opportunity even if it does in the end clash with npc rules.

While working on this experimental virus Donovan would begin simping for Dr. Hämsterviels Ex wife Ms. Mowz and after looking at her only fans he became obsessed with that GYATT of hers so he decided to find a way to meet her in person so he could finally get some bitches. While that's happening he tasks his most loyal assassin Christie to spy on Fame Douglas's daughter Helena Douglas because he doesn't want her to take control of DOATEC.

Victor would later meet Ms. Mowz after a while and lets just say he became very freaky when they first met and unlike her ex didn't force her to marry him he instead just made out with her and they got married. Sadly Victor didn't read the fine print of marrying the Vore Queen as she likes pegging people and Victor now has daily pegging sessions which he uhh he enjoys it because he is still allowed to actually do the freaky with her. During one of their many freak off's Donovan would get Mowz pregnant and she would give birth to his son Victor Donovan Jr. Donovan immediately threw him in an orphanage in Canada because he is too busy working on the new strand of the Futa virus along with working on the plan to create the Ultimate fighter.

Meanwhile, Bayman seeks revenge after Donovan plotted his assassination to tie up any loose ends.

Dr. Hämsterviel would soon find out about Victor marrying his whore ex wife so he along with the freaky society decided to declare an all out freaky war on DOATEC. Hämsterviel would bomb the doatec headquarters which later would fully self destruct from its damages but months after the destruction of DOATEC and help from his new wife to escape the building before it blew up Donovan is seen putting on Genra's mask, revealing that Donovan did in fact survive the final battle at the Tritower complex

Creating MIST

After the destruction of DOATEC, Donovan establishes an organization called MIST to continue with the Alpha Project. At some point, he successfully revives Raidou as a cyborg. Donovan along with Ms. Mowz continued to be a freaky ass couple for a while and soon he would receive an invitation to the NPC Alliance from Mr. Game & Watch and you may be asking why would G&W invite Victor when he's married to a furry well here's the thing Game & Watch doesn't know about the marriage... Victor is now currently an elite member of the NPC Alliance. Victor currently spends his time working on the mutated version of the Futa virus along with working on his stupid fucking ultimate fighter project oh and also getting pegged by Ms. Mowz and feeding her.

Role in the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Saga

Relationships

Bayman

Donovan had hired Bayman to assassinate Fame Douglas for him. After returning successfully from his mission, Donovan betrays him by sending other assassins to kill him. Donovan did this because he did not want to leave any proof that he had any part in Fame Douglas' death. As a result, Bayman hates Donovan and would love nothing more than to kill him for his treachery.

Christie

The nature of Donovan's relationship with Christie is not entirely known. It can be assumed that he hired her because of her skill as an assassin. He also seems to trust her a great deal, as she often acts as his right hand. At some point, Christie had been planning to betray him. It is unknown if Donovan knew about this or not, as she often expresses her lack of care towards him in his absence, showing her true disdain and disloyal nature for him.

Helena Douglas

Helena absolutely despises Donovan due to the fact he was the one who ordered the assassination on her father and Because Helena is the legitimate heir to DOATEC he sees her as a threat towards his ultimate project which is to make the ultimate fighter because of this he sent Christie to kill her twice but they were stopped by Bayman.

Kasumi α

Kasumi α is the first clone of Kasumi and Donovan's "ultimate fighter." Because she was created by Donovan, she is completely loyal to him. Alpha has a fondness for Donovan as he was her creator and even considers him her "father." She also seems protective of him, as she does not want anyone to kill him. which is the reason why she kept an eye on Christie after finding out her plans to betray him.

Rig

Rig is Donovans biological son he had with Ms. Mowz sadly he doesn't know that Victors is his father due to him being sent to a Canadian orphanage when he was a baby. it seems likely that Donovan merely views Rig as yet another pawn to exploit in order to achieve his goals.

Dr. Hämsterviel

Hamsterviel hates Victor Donovan due to the reasons of him stealing the Futa virus from him and hooking up with his whore Girlfriend.

Ms. Mowz

Ms. Mowz is the current girlfriend of Victor Donovan but she kinda freaky AF. She was the bitch slave to ShadeTheVulpic306, Dr. Hamsterviel, Vivian, and even Professor Maramalde which makes her very sad. After escaping all that, she wanted power and knew she had to get a rich guy to date so she searched around the web and found Victor Donovan on Tinder and he immediately got obsessed with her GYATT. They would meet in person and lets just say, both were changed. Ms. Mowz used to take advantage of his wealth but since he does everything for her(and I mean anything) she seems to love him for it and perfers him any day than her awful ex-husband whom created her. She isn't married to Victor Donovan but she says that she'll be his girlfriend forever and might plan on marrying sometime soon.

Juancarlo Albaez

Juancarlo just sees Donovan as an ally and a friend,

Mr. Game & Watch

Mr. Game & watch sees Donovan as a friend for now he'll probably might be a little bit mad when he finds out he's in a relationship with the Mouse bitch.

Kumoko

Kumoko just messes with Donovan on a daily basis trying to remove his mask.

Raidou

After his death by the hands of Koragg Donovan recovered Raidou's body and two years later, succeeds in bringing him back to life with the help of GLaDOS. Raidou is transformed into a powerful undead ninja cyborg and works as a special agent for Donovan in return.

Shadow Queen

Shadow Queen has no relationship with Donovan because they haven't fucking met yet.

Scorch

Donovan has referred to Scorch as a "insane green pyromaniac"

Trivia

• This version of Victor Donovan has more of a physical presence in the story than the canon version of him from the Dead or Alive franchise.
• We got no idea why he likes getting Pegged by Ms. Mowz
• As of this update the mutated Futa Virus is 99% complete with the help of Dr. Fuck You, Dr. Doe, Professor Poopypants, and Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
• He has the same first name IRL as Barf Bag and that one male protagonist from Pokemon Sword and Shield.
