Juancarlo "Freaky Killer" Albaez is the leader of the NPC Alliance who Mr. Game & Watch worships like a sugar daddy. He rules the alliance with an iron fist and is vehemently opposed to anything remotely ๐ฏ๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐. He is essentially the NPC version of Freaky Bob; speaking of which, Albaez has him on his watchlist, along with every other member of the ๐ฏ๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ society. He likes all of his NPC partners like Mr. Game & Watch whom are best friends towards each other because they're both black and hate Furries.
In 2321, he killed Freakyko with a comically large bazooka and got away with it. He might be a first cousin to IShowSpeed.
