CECIL TURTLE (セシル・タートル, Seshiru Tātoru) is an animated cartoon character originally from the Looney Tunes franchise Aesop's "The Tortoise and the Hare" Cecil is remarkable in that he is one of the very few characters who was actually able to defeat Bugs Bunny in various early shorts. Although, he may just seem like a typical comical antagonist from various cartoon shorts, that is simply what he wants you to believe. In truth, Cecil is actually a hivemind of various Cecils across the Omniverse who are all flesh puppets of the Omniversal Evil. Many originally believed that Cecil's multiple appearances throughout Looney Tunes media were different dimensional variants like every other toon, in truth though, they are all aspects of the same being. Do not be misguided by his dumbfounded and buffoonish mask, Cecil is far eviler than the "Omniversal Devil" himself. Everyone who knows the truth fears what he represents and various alternative universes have declared him as more evil than Adolf Hitler himself during the 1940s of those universes' respective timelines. He serves himself and is so powerful, he is easily able to defeat the meme god Big Chungus. If you believe the Scarlet King is pure evil, you have not truly comprehended what Cecil truly is.
In truth, The Final Boss of all Fiction (ぜんそうさくぶつのラスボス, Zen Sōsakubutsu no Rasubosu), also known as The Omniversal Evil, (オムニバース の ぜったいあく, Omnibāsu no Zettaaku) is the overarching antagonist of the entirety of all fiction and the main/primary antagonist of real life as he is THE most evil being and is covertly behind everything that happens within the ultimate aggregate of all absolutes and none-absolutes, including being the one truly behind the great Omniversal NPC-𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 schism while never giving any explanation on how or why he did it to begin with. The most pure evil characters, entities, and beings in all of fiction—such as Tsongthrathotakath—view him as the ultimate role-model, 1# father figure, and the patriarchal true God of all; as he is the creator, personification, embodiment, and C.E.O. of all things evil since the conceptual notion of evil is an ontological and meta-meta-physical manifestation of himself. Furthermore, he is the true father/creator of Dotar Surk, Pickle Peen, 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴lin Turtle, and practically every single primordial being EVER as he is the first person to have ever personed and was the very first "character" in any and all ontological conceptions as he conjured himself out of pure nothingness before the ultimate aggregate of all absolutes and none-absolutes was ever even ontologically existent. He is responsible for literally EVERY awful event, even leading to the creation of the Chungularity. Ultimately, Evil's master plan is to complete the enigmatic "Nugetian Meat-cycle."
