Cecil Turtle (セシル・タートル, Seshiru Tātoru) is an animated cartoon character originally from the Looney Tunes franchise. Cecil is remarkable in that he is one of the very few characters who was actually able to defeat Bugs Bunny in various early shorts. Although, he may just seem like a typical comical antagonist from various cartoon shorts, that is simply what he wants you to believe. In truth, Cecil is the 67th Son of Dotar Surk and is one of the most evil and infamous deities in all of the Omniverse.

Many originally believed that Cecil's multiple appearances throughout Looney Tunes media were different dimensional variants like every other Looney Tune, in truth though, they are all aspects of the same being. Do not be misguided by his dumbfounded and buffoonish mask, Cecil is far eviler than the devil himself. Everyone fears what he represents and various alternative universes have declared him as more evil than Adolf Hitler himself during the 1940s of those universes' respective timelines. He serves the Chungularity and is so powerful, he is easily able to defeat the meme god Big Chungus. If you believe the Scarlet King is pure evil, you have not truly comprehended what Cecil truly is.

As the 67th Son of Dotar Surk, Cecil is covertly behind everything that happens in the Omniverse Saga and was the being behind the split between the NPCs and freakers during ancient time while never giving any explanation on how or why he did it to begin with. Stuart BITCHle and the Scarlet King view him as a role-model and as a father figure.

Trivia

  • He is Franklin's true original father. It was confirmed in the manga chapter 7,832,943,755.00074349/7 of the Omniverse Saga in 2026 that Franklin was adopted by the Turtle family after Cecil "abandoned" him and _____ (Franklin's sibling's actual name) when they were just young toddlers.
    • This was also the cause of Franklin becoming 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴lin during his adulthood due to the Vermilion Gene awakening within him and slowly causing him to lose control of who he originally was after learning that he was adopted since Franklin is related to Cecil's vermilion ties to the enigmatic and paradoxical Vermilion King.
