This is something Enrique! has in one of his 999,999,999 houses across fiction. Like every other object in his one specific house, the dolls inexplicably come to life at 3:00 am to terrorize the town he lives in for no known reason other than being unhinged creatures of discontent.
Captain Willy and his right hand man, Jack King Hoff, rules the white milky sticky waves with his goon crew who clean up the Tom Pearl deck.
