Pvt. Dragan Markovic (ใใฉใฌใณใปใใซใณใใใ) also known as The Soldier Of Death Is one of the few people who realized GW's dictatorship was causing the suffering and deaths of thousands of people and was probably the first one to notice the pain he caused to people besides GW's daughter Veronica. He is also a minor side character serving as an anti hero/terrorist within the story of the freaky saga. Dragan was a veteran of the NPC Genso war where he would watch all his close friends in the service die and be stranded in the place for 13 days which caused him to start opening his eyes on how GW brainwashes and grooms the poor and young to conscript to die in foreign war zones. He would later become the leader of a terrorist group called the Anti NPC rebellion in order to overthrow GW's government and liberate the territories of the alliance before they all became the sagas version of night city. Dragan became such a beloved character that he would become a playable chraracter in the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga (video game) in a side chapter unlockable called "13 Days in hell" which is only unlocked after the completion of the Gensokyo crisis Arc. He is considered by most saga fans as the better version of Shishio as while Shishio was a liberal who wanted to overthrow the government to establish a social Darwinist system Dragan on the other hand wanted to overthrow the government to stop the oppression the destruction and the pain GW and his inflated ego caused to the furries the citizens and to the lower class in their society.
He is one of the 3 or so protagonists in his own side story that involves the rebellion and his war against Mr. Game and watch.
Biography
Pre-Revelation
Childhood
Dragan was born into a poor poverty stricken section within the alliances borders to a family of factory workers during his childhood he would watch the daily NPC cartoons aired on Pee Pee TV like Banana and Ice Cream and the daily propaganda channels as there was only few channels to watch in the poor sections due to USERS. his life was going decent but it wouldn't be decent for long as when he was 7 his mother went to her job in the NPC weapons factory that would later be targeted in a Terrorist attack by a "Furry Extremist Group". Via sneaking a suicide bomber into a factory and setting off the explosives causing a massive explosion that destroyed the factory and several nearby buildings killing Dragan's mother in the process. Due to this incident and once he learned of the attack via the TV and his father who was there during the aftermath of the attack Dragan would begin to despise the furries and wish death upon them for the murder or his mother.
This would lead to him idolizing the military of the NPC Alliance (despite them being probably one of the worst armed forces due to GW's strategies and not listening to Helmuth Weiding) Due to many reasons like patriotism their uniforms being cool ECT. and thus began his dream of joining the army.
Joining the Military
For the next few years as a teen Dragan would become a NPC soldier LARPer trying to convince the people like the freakies and others on the internet the GW is the best leader, how he did nothing wrong, how the furry massacres are justified ECT. and posting cringe NPC war edits Dragan continued and continued to be Brainwashed and groomed by the NPC officials into believing that their goals to ruin the world is a good idea under GW's vision. and this is when the alliance updated the soldier uniforms from the Wolfenstien reboot SS to the Helghast troopers because he saw what the helghan remnants were wearing an were like hmmm sure lets wastes millions on it.
The moment Turned 18 he went to the offices to enlist into the army as he wanted to serve the alliance because It is required to serve unless you want to be known as a tree hugging furry sympathizing coward. He was rejected the first time but came back when he was 19 to join again which to his surprised he was accepted into the infantry Corp as a recruit and for the next 7 months trained to become the rank of private so he could fight for the greatest nation in the world...
well instead he was constantly stationed on guard patrols in random areas and learned how to repair NPC alliance vehicles from mechanic guidebooks. During these patrols he'd be with other recent privates and recruits that he'd later become friends with as they shared the same purpose to serve the alliance for no reason whatsoever years went by he was 21 now and he'd get word of a actual combat deployment he'd be apart of.... his superiors said he'd be on a transport ship to arrive on a world known to most as "Gensokyo" apparently Mr. Game and watch upon seeing the hellscape the touhou verse has become decided to launch a full scale invasion of the place which sparked the NPC Genso war (also known as the NPC Malfested war).
This is stated to be Dragans actual first combat deployment and lets just say that he was fucking hyped to kill for his country and uh... lets just say that he was and is going to regret ever getting on the landing crafts
The Invasion of Gensokyo
During the second day of the invasion the landing craft containing Dragan was sent down into the magical forest by the blimp n watch compartment. And in this deployment Dragan saw many things he shouldn't have seen fairies mutated grotesque abominations bloodthirsty creatures that he was made to fight against but during it the group would face major casualties positions would be overran by the malfested creatures the elite fairy's also began to attack the Npc's front lines killing hundreds upon hundreds of his fellow comrades.
Dragan along with the unit led by his Sergeant were sent on a mission to retake Misty lake/The Forest of magic from the malfested creatures and during their patrol they were exchanging jokes talking about life before they joined the military with his pals... but sadly the moment they stepped foot in the forest all hell broke loose they came from the trees their position got overran and Dragan was nearly killed by the ambush but was saved by one of his medics before they were fucking decapitated before his eyes by one of the creatures. he was scared and just began fleeing into the forest leaving his friends behind because when he looked back he was watching his colleagues get gutted and butchered by the things that roamed the forest and the misty lake.
During the last day of their invasion the Npc's realized they fucking lost to the malfested and ordered all soldiers that remain to fall back to the extraction zone of the yokai mountains for extraction Dragan was running to the extraction point but while he was getting on with whoever remained alive so far in the troops that included some of the levy's and infantry a fairy climbed onto the dropship and grabbed him by the leg causing him to fall off and hang onto the ledge before the wind pushed him off the aircraft plunging him into the waters of the misty lake....
13 Days in HELL
after being left behind he woke up on the shores somehow he survived and the person standing next to him was his Sargent he then explained that the alliance abandoned them and left them to die and told him to not venture into the forest as the fairies still roam the place. He'd later explain more to Dragan that he heard chatter on the radio that their planning to firebomb the fucking place as a last ditch effort to contain the abominations of the world he then attempted to get Dragan to follow him but before he could tell him he saw a monster come out of the water and aim directly for Dragan the Sargeant pushed him out of the way causing his lower half to be bitten completey off by Variant Wakasagihime he watched in horror as the fucking monster fish tore his only friend left apart and dove back into the water.... Dragan was now truly alone and decided to venture into the forest to search for survivors
The moment Dragan returned to the scorched forest he saw nothing except the disemboweled, decapitated, hanged, impaled, desecrated, brutalized most fucking traumatizing display of npc soldiers corpses its like every mile he walked was littered with the corpses of former comrades and during that walk he found the bodies of the recruits he knew when he was first in the military their bodies were scattered mutilated some have their parts on sharp spikes as a advisory warning to not venture further into the forest Lets just say Dragan fucking broke down and was shellshocked after seeing that.... Days 3-5 the next 2 days were him fending for himself from the abominations with the limited ammo he found off of soldiers corpses and the inhabitants of Gensokyo he'd later discover the corpses of Vinca before her revival and Tee and decided to walk over them. but then his radio began to chatter and it was something about "the firebombing would happen in the next few days" ...
During the seventh day Dragan received the news the place was getting firebombed in the next hour and he proceeded to run to a nearest area from the blast zone which was yokai mountain as the alliance thought it was the magical forest that harbored the source and all the abominations to mankind. he fought through the stragglers of the malfested finding even more corpses of npc soldiers and a unidentified melted green puddle that was later identified as Private Hooper and found another corpse that was identified as the reimu variant along with scraps of what seemed to be blood and a desert camo turban that was left behind. The more dragan ventured the more he found landmarks the Susiety fought in as he'd come across Tig Trager's dead body and Beths broken glasses and then... the firebomb went off he watched as the forest was engulfed in a ball of flame and just when he thought he would die on the place he found it a abandoned Npc outpost with a working command center...
During day 9 he'd contact HQ and demanded for an evacuation out of this place he was left behind wounded and probably wouldn't last another week there and the soldiers said that the evac would arrive in 4 days fucking perfect....
Day 11 he considered killing himself due to all the fucked up stuff he saw but he failed to off himself as his pistol jammed.
During Day 12 he'd get a signal that he has one day left and he needs to get to the rally point near the remains of the scarlet devil mansion and he'd agree and so Dragan retreated back into the depths of the forest and during this he'd come across the corpse of another variant that being the youmu one it looks like it was decapitated by what seems to be a katana and by her corpse was both her swords and a bloodied broken katana blade that had the words "The Power of darkness compels me" but decided to not pick them up and continue fighting through the hordes
Day 13 arrived and it was hell Dragan was forced to hold off against hordes of the abominations sent by the elites as Denka reported there was a survivor among the thousands upon hundreds of NPC corpses. and as it seemed like his ammo would run out a infantry pickup chopper landed carrying several soldiers and high ranking FOXHOUND member Geumsaegi to cover him on his way to the chopper. he was able to get on and this time no fairy was able to sneak attack him.... finally Dragan escaped that hellhole that was Gensokyo... but the trauma he recieved would cause him to slowly learn of his revelation
Returning Home
When Dragan returned home he did not received praise he received no awards instead he got discharged from the army due to all the fucking horrors he experienced in the war because of his deteriorating mental state he was not even given medication for his mental issues and that's when he started to realize he was a loose ends and didn't matter to GW he was often made fun of called a deserter called names ECT. ECT. and he received no money to take care of himself he only recieved his uniform rifle and his allies dog tags he acquired when he found their corpses in the forest. Dragan settled down tried to become a mechanic with his skills repairing vehicles from the military but nobody would come see him he was slowly losing it and began Realizing the truth... GW doesn't care for his men... they're expandable foot soldiers for him
Revelation
The moment he realized this he began learning of the atrocities and how corrupt and shitty it was in the alliance he started to realize how horrible it was to live in the territories of game and watch he learned about how the government began to deprive the farmers of water and land, the mass executions of freaky allies and furries, the millions wasted that should've been used on aid to schools on shitty yonder pouches thousands of commissions and DED6 propaganda, Banana and Ice Cream being used as indoctrination to the youth of the alliance and then Dragan discovered the real truth the bombing that killed his mother... it was never caused by "furry extremists" it was done by the Npc's to test a new bomb they created..... Dragan was shocked.. he was enraged he was fucking pissed he just found out he wasted his life his world lost all his friends for the government that left him to die in Gensokyo and the people who killed his mother he was pissed and he also realized that soldiers are treated as the lowest class too and found out that veterans don't get any care no meds for their problems because those are only allowed for the higher class... he realized he was lied groomed and brainwashed into serving the dictatorship for all his life and he only opened his eyes the moment he left the hellhole of Gensokyo and now he felt nothing except hate and hate and more hate and this would begin his plan for retribution
The Creation of the Rebellion
Dragan while walking through the desolate slums of the Npc's looked around it was uh a criminal underworld to be honest brothels, people who sell gore art, arms dealers, gangsters ect. and while in this place he saw a uma race and during the race he saw the silliest most crazy creature ever the horse named Goldship and after the race met her and said he is forming a group to overthrow GW's government as he's had enough of his shit and gave her the reason to join under the truth that she will get to be a troll and that somehow worked later on he'd meet a net runner named Kiwi who'd he recruit as she could be a contributor to the plan he had and the moment he recruited her Kiwi told him about the secret daughter of GW and her name was Veronica. Veronica hated her dad because he abused her and made her hate herself so much that she began cutting herself and Dragan knew he'd need funding for this plan of his so he met Veronica in private somewhere underground and during this received so much money that she snuck out of the banks so he could begin his rebellion. for the next 5 or so years Dragan would recruit 12 more people with certain skills which created the 16 heads heads he added included former Espada member Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez because he wanted to be apart of a group because Aizen Fucking fired him Other members he recruited included Muscle Mommy Dorio Gunnarsdรณttir who he saved from being killed by SOAP insurgents because due to the fact that she was charged with the very horrible crime of... get this vandalizing fandom wikis that have been dead for years. He later recruited former Juppongatana member Fuji followed by (I will add more once I come up with 10 more that don't come from cyberpunk edgerunners Kiwi and Dorio are the only members getting added from there)
After acquiring 16 leaders he followed by recruiting low lives, Anarchists, Gangsters, Mercenaries,former soldiers, Freaky Sympathizers, Furries, Terrorists, Bandits and random civilians to join his crew of GW haters as foot soldiers.
Dragan with his goals completed then robbed several military warehouses for weapons to arm the foot soldiers while the other 15 heads gathered food water safe houses ECT. for the group Dragan would then later give his speech on how this is a peoples war against the dictatorship of GW and his allies before sparking the creation of the Anti Npc Rebellion

Rebellion Saga
The Start of the war
After Shinobu Sensui y'know passed out and Mr. Game & Watch started fucking tweaking Dragan along with his crew began the operations against the Alliance. and Dragan had a plan to hit the alliance where it hurts for their First attack which was assassinating Helena Douglas cutting off her branch of DOATEC sending money to Game and watch.
Dragan along with Kiwi and Grimmjaw assaulted her mansion killing several of her guards before kicking her door down and holding her hostage demanding she give him info of what future plans GW has for his government Helena however didn't give her any information and the military police were rapidly approaching to their location as she pressed a silent alarm. So right as the police showed up Dragan fired about 15 shots into Helenas body followed by 3 shots from kiwi hitting her head. After killing her they opened fire on the police hitting several of them allowing them to break a window and run to his Ford mustang to drive the fuck out of there.
After the murder of Helena and her money frozen The alliance put a bounty on every member of the 16 heads with Dragan having the highest bounty and listed their rebellion as a terrorist group. Once their groups was known and his arming of the footmen ready he initiated operation Urban Storm which was basically Taking the fight to one of the nearby towns and cities to free them of GW's rule.
And while that attack began Dragan would begin planning a new operation that would involve sneaking a Improvised explosive device into a Party of high ranking NPC's that ran certain companies . he would assign kiwi to deliver the explosives to Veronica so she could hide them in a trashcan in the boardroom while he and the other 16 heads go fight on the front lines against the Alliance.
The Front Lines
Once Dragan along with the 15 other heads arriving to the slums of the city he rallied up his men he explained that tonight was the night they pushed forward the night they killed the night they truly begin to take back what rightfully belonged to them. Dragan gave out a speech about revenge retribution and how we are no longer neighbors or unequal we are now brothers in arms and once he finished the speech he told his men to charge into the city and take on the Ones that abandoned them the ones that left them to rot in a system created by hate and blood. Then Dragan shot off a flare signaling the charge before running into the city with hundreds upon thousands of resistance fighters.
The following hours were nothing but chaos Dragan was commanding the army using guerrilla tactics in urban warfare and looting bodies of soldiers Most of the 16 heads were racking up a body count especially Fuji and Grimmjow. But Dragan knew it wouldn't be long until the alliance sent their high members to take care of them so Dragan sent several squads to do terrorism on the factories and shut down the means of producing ammo. The war continued Casualties were exceeding for both sides but after a 7 day front the first city was taken from the alliances control. Now it was time for the next step to take place the boardroom bombing.
Operation: Firestarter
After Dragan was successful with his first push on the alliance Dragan knew that if he was going to continue pushing forward deeper into the heart of the Dictatorship he was gonna need extra fire power and so he asked for any ideas from the 16 heads and Frylock gave him a decent idea Trade with the villages of sol invictus.. Yes thats a very good idea indeed. So Dragan set off to sol Invictus to do some trading for caches of weapons to be sent through the smuggling routes and into the rebellions bases.
After Dragan returned he decided to shift his focus onto something he was actually worrying about... the boardroom as he needed to get the improvised explosive device planted in either the trash can or glued to the bottom of the table. after that someone has to wait for the clients aka a bunch of CEOs of corps that fuck over the poor and the ones who indoctrinate kids into the alliances military. Yeah in the confidential documents that kiwi got off the internet the creator of banana and ice cream Fred Fredburger was stated to be in that meeting This is good.. Dragan can kill two birds with one stone but now he just needs to wait for a message from Veronica that tells him that the bombs have indeed been planted as the meeting is gonna occur in the next 5 hours.

Personality
Dragan has a sick sense of justice and retribution as he did cause the rebellion he despises and resents the alliance and all they stood for after the war. He is a decent leader and due to it is why the people stood with him against the alliance. besides that he's seen to be a so called father figure to the 16 heads as he treats them like his own family due to the fact that he lost all the people he cared for in Gensokyo and doesn't wish for that to happen again.
Dragan is not egotistical or sadistic like Shishio or Hidan he's a cold calculative killer showing no remorse for the attacks on the High ranking members of the alliance. He cares about the 16 heads more than himself due to the fact that he has nothing left to lose because of all the trauma he received in gensokyo.
Dragan does not know how to flirt to girls as seen in several diffrent audio logs of Kiwi attempting to hit on him only for it to fail as he doesn't know any rizz skills.
Dragan is also known for being a car junkie as he enjoys welding and making vehicles for himself in fact he loves it so much that he modified a Ford Mustang which is his main and only method of transportation into a mobile armored war machine.
Appearance
His appearance is rather simple he is often seen wearing the standard uniform for NPC Alliance soldiers that being the helghast Infantry uniform however after the war and during the start of the Rebellion he removed any patches that related to the NPC Alliance
Dragan when he isn't in uniform looks similiar to characters like Dan and Dan McNeely due to the black hair and the goatee but he's different then them due to his looks being based on the character John Creasman the protagonist from the hit flash game road of the dead 1 however after the war and during the rebellion his hair color changed and he looked like John Creasman from road of the dead 2 this is likely due to ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ธ๐ป๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ช๐ท๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ demanding that he stop looking like him or he'd sue

Dragan without his uniform Is voiced by Joshua Tomar due to the fact that he literally looks identical to ROTD protag John Creasman his voice in uniform is just the average voice of a helghast soldier due to the filter in his mask his voice sounds more threatening in uniform

Dragan and Kiwi have a complicated relationship mostly due to the fact that he's like a father figure to Kiwi. Kiwi is attracted to him. He saved Kiwi from her possible horrible future in the dictatorship but Kiwi has complicated feelings for him and wants to be his however it's revealed through tapes that he doesn't know how to talk to women due to him being afraid of getting attached to someone only to watch them die
