Frank is Mr. Poopybutthole's evil cousin who first appears in Episode 34. Why that episode? Well, you'll have to find out!
He's Kyle's sentient dildo. His power level is somewhat higher than the average Mr Saturn, but he's still a really weak villain. As a result, he is easily overpowered by other characters, as he is quite literally an anthropomorphic hot dog. He is frequently (and violently) eaten by other characters in the Skullgirls, including but not limited to:

- Incredible Gassy
- Crazy Spongebob
- Oz
- Oz's Mum
- Umbrella
- Your Mum!

Vivian is his waifu.
He fucking hates Grounder and has successfully gotten him killed multiple times. The hatred between the two is mutual.
