ςᏋςᎥᏝ ᏖᏬᏒᏖᏝᏋ (Cosmic: Tᓭ’リ⊣-t⍑∷ᔑ-t⍑𝙹ℸ ̣ -aꖌᔑℸ ̣ ⍑, Ts’ng-Thra-Thot-Akath), also known by ⍼is two splintered selves, ∞ Evil, Ωmnimalovence, Bαd, and ⍼is other half, Øblivion, אάος, and Ayiπ, is THE true overarching antagonist of all of fiction and is this wiki's version of your typical Villains Fanon Wiki's omnipotent evil OC, but way better (or worse? who fucking knows): the most unimaginably hornifying, infinitely sadistic, malevolently omnipotent, and outerversal eldritch cosmic entity that seeks supreme and total omnicide for all multiverses for ⍼is own glee and plans on destroying the entire Omniverse with ⍼is own bare hands in order for everything to disappear forever within the THE ULTIMATE END OF ALL THINGS and (as you fucking guessed) everything will disappear forever into the darkest of nothing...

Originally starting off as a simple animated cartoon character from the Looney Tunes franchise. Cecil was remarkable in that ⍼e was one of the very few characters who was actually able to defeat Bugs Bunny in various early shorts. Although, ⍼e may have just seemed like a typical comical antagonist from various cartoon shorts, that is simply what ⍼e wants you to believe. In truth, Cecil is the ultimate deranged, sadistically enigmatic eldritch polymath within the entirety of the Omniverse while also being simultaneously the ultimate embodiment and personification of all evil in all of fiction and the ultimate embodiment and personification of the nothingness of anti-fiction. Existing beyond all timelines, spaces, and 𒀭 OmniClass 4 𒀭 limitations, Cecil was the very first "character" in the entire Omniverse, and conjured ⍼imself out of pure nothingness into existence.

Many originally believed that Cecil's multiple appearances throughout Looney Tunes media were different dimensional variants like every other Looney Tune character, in truth though, they are all aspects of the same abstract being. Do not be misguided by ⍼is dumbfounded and buffoonish mask, Cecil is far eviler than the Omniversal devil A.K.A. "Omniversal Satan" himself. Everyone fears what ⍼e represents and various alternative universes have declared him as more evil than Adolf Hitler himself during the 1940s of those universes' respective timelines. ⍼e serves ⍼imself and is so powerful, he is easily able to defeat the meme god Big Chungus. If you believe the Scarlet King is pure evil, you have not truly comprehended what Cecil truly is.

As the living embodiment of all evil, Cecil responsible for ALL evil in all existences and none-existences within all stories and narratives and has committed every form of immoral action possible (and even impossible). Cecil is also the true culprit behind the great Omniversal NPCs-𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 schism during ancient times while never giving any explanation on how or why ⍼e did it to begin with. Overall, Cecil is the first person to have ever personed. ⍼e is responsible for literally EVERY event in EVERYTHING. Every single act of evil anyone has ever committed are all manifestations of Cecil's will. Every evil act ever committed in every reality and unreality is simply just an amusing event for him to cause within his "game" that ⍼e calls the Omniverse. The most pure evil characters in all of fiction view him as a role-model and as a father figure.

No one knows anything about Cecil as only Cecil knows all. Does Cecil seek power beyond our understanding? Does ⍼e seek further dominion beyond a conception beyond our comprehension? Who the fuck knows. Instead, all we know is that Cecil exists as the embodiment of all conflict itself. Every struggle, every tragedy, every loss, every broken dream serves as nourishment for Cecil. Wherever suffering arises, Cecil is always present, even when you can't see ⍼im. Entire multiverses can be created or erased by ⍼is whim, yet such acts are insignificant to ⍼im. Countless realities rise and fall like sparks before an endless abyss. To lesser beings, these events are apocalyptic. To Cecil though, they are barely noticeable fluctuations within an infinite sea of darkness that ⍼e controls. Cecil is the worst of all; K(Oblivion)^ΩΩ% atrocious and irredeemable. The ultimate representation and source of all malevolence and villainy in EVERYTHING including the Allsphere, the Ultirium, the Impercievable Plane, the Boundless Plane, the Silent Plane, etc. Committing every single known act of evil and disgrace to all living beings in any realities is as natural to ⍼im as breathing is to us. Cecil goes as far as to warn people that ⍼e'll ⍼is victims when they're not expecting it, showing that ⍼e has no remorse for anybody or anything whatsoever, regardless of alignment. Cecil spends all ⍼is eternal existence torturing innocent people by possessing them or may instead make them suffer fates much, much, MUCH worse than death, for example: forcing and arranging them to get a j*b or they'll get raped. And unfortunately, this includes children, and as expected, Cecil's victims are unable to die when ⍼e commits any kind of vile actions to them. This is the only thing that genuinely amuses Cecil.

Cecil can be recognized on the following criteria:

• Crossing the Moral Event Horizon: Yeah, no shit. Cecil obviously posses the cognitive ability to know right from wrong, yet chooses to do every single immoral act in all realities anyway.
• Negative: Cecil is the source of all bad things, again, no shit Sherlock. ⍼e uses whatever resources and time he has in all realities in order to do as much horrible shit as possible without ever holding back.
• Horrific Acts: Cecil's actions are taken seriously, causing fear, revulsion, and hatred from many and various characters across all fiction. Although, ⍼e is still comical but their comedic moments do not ever detract from their seriousness.
• Heartless: Cecil can never feel true love for others. If ⍼e ever claimed or claims to have love for anyone, that "love" would merely be either perversion, possessiveness, or obsession.
• Irredeemable: Cecil is completely beyond redemption and absolutely nothing justifies ⍼is heinous crimes. Every single horrible and depraved act you can imagine an individual doing to someone, ⍼e has done infinite of times.
• Remorseless: Cecil displays no sense of remorse towards those who ⍼e has hurt (A.K.A. every single being in all existences) and furthermore, ⍼e does not express any empathy for all his infinite victims.
• Competent: They are a serious threat and antagonist and they are the source of all villainy and antagonism across fiction.

In the end, Cecil is responsible for every single act and idea of Pure Evil in fiction.

Be careful when you go to any window, as Cecil might show up randomly and eat you (⍼e's into vore), and if anyone else is in the room, Cecil will eat them too. Encase you want an example of Cecil's power level as ⍼e is the supreme antagonist of all fiction: not even The 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴, Ka-Chung, Bean Khan, The M⊙NADIC AVATAR (their subconsciousness made Cecil stronger), etc. can stub ⍼is toe with all of their powers combined.
