The martians were a race of aliens from mars that wanted to take over the world using tripod fighting machines but failed because they got covid and died
History
it was assumed that the martians were dying from lack of resources on their planet of mars so they descended towards planet earth to take it over so they could harvest humans to drink their blood
war of the worlds
they arrived in earth inside giant cylinders that sorta looked like dildos and then they ravaged the world with their tripod machines before they got covid and died
Surviving martians
To this day the only surviving martians are the Weezer tripod and the Sharty tripod
