Vesna also known by his many alias such as Caelan, Gestalt Vesna, Ves, Liquid Vesna and many more is a well known minor antagonist in the second season of Neo Blood Debt along with being a minor supporting character during the Hueco Mundo Arc.

He is an anti-social perverted loser who's hated by normie susiety's due to his goofy cynical Personality and the emo sins of his previous incarnation, and for sticking out like a sore thumb in his shithole state of OHIO. Born in the shithole of Ohio and his town was known for being a shithhole full of sex offenders which was something Vesna hated and when Ves tried to make friends in his town the people ignored him and that's how life usually was for him anyway. Throughout his earlier years he would usually lock himself in his room and epically goon 24/7 like a boss along with spending most of his money on little cesars and harassing his neighbor's because he hated them so so much, He loved to troll the people around his neighborhood and at his school by drawing dicks on houses and on the computers using microsoft paint like an EPIC BOSS. He didn't wanna work at all because he found work to be slavery with shitty payment that was not worth it due to the american dream being fucking false instead he wanted to stay unemployed due to his unhealthy Hobbies that included making a Neo blood debt mugen game, hanging out with Mori Chan and most importantly His obsession with fighting games, Choking the absolute fucking SHIT out of his chicken to gabehorne and henties and most importantly trolling people who he didn't like online which mostly included I Tried At Least bluds and a vore artist named shade.

One day Vesna got extremely bored and after he got into a gunfight with the Police over him stealing a pack of chewing gum decided to book a one-way plane trip to Thailand Siam and became a freelancer in the city of Roanapur taking orders from the hong kong triad under their boss Mr. Chang, throughout his time as a freelancer he was known for being a massive dickhead and an epic gamer Killer machine Until he met Enrique and Ka-Chung in a back-alley doing crime and shit in the city like killing Batman's parents, he thought they were so cool so he joined them.

After he returned back to his shithole town in ohio he along with a group of a bunch of random people led by Stephan Hikings, The Revived Larry Phillips Jr. and Curren Chan who the news media thought was Hishi Amazon (According to some news sources) robbed the PNC Bank that went completely wrong after some random ass clerk pressed the security alarm leading to a massive gunfight between Vesna's Heist Crew and the Ohioan Police Department where like 50% Of the states total police force would be massacred along with Vesna losing half of his crew during the standoff with the police the shooting would later be stated to be worse than the north Hollywood shootout, the infamous First Noobian Bank Job and most importantly the United Kingsland bank incident.

After that Vessy Veser Went back to Siam to do another 100 or so freelance jobs because he was bored but then he got a call from Vic to get off his fucking ass and celebrate Hishiama's birthday bash the movie the game, So Ves epically showed up and celebrated a bit lol, Ves would later be mostly seen loitering around at the Neo Freaky susiety Headquarters explaining why Black Lagoon is probably one of the top 5 animes of all time to Vic at the Skunk Stripped club

It is unknown where the fuck Vesna was at during the Larping games but according to many theories he was probably hanging out with Mori Chan before he decided to do some random bullsit during the Hueco Mundo Arc like a boss. Oh he also refused to help the Ohioans take their state back from the IDF too so uh theres that

Appearance

Ves is usually portrayed as a slim man with blonde hair that's usually either unkempt or in a mullet, He also has blue eyes. Throughout his many appearances throughout neo blood debt Vesna usually retains the same plain ass normal everyday outfit that consist of A vast selection of random Hoodies, a pair of Black or Grey or just random ass camo Sweatpants, He wears a pair of boring plain ass sneakers that he stole along with a pair of boring ass gloves that he also stole. One of his most defining features is his mask that he uses to cover his face now it's unknown why, but many theorizers Believe it's due to the line Said according to Vesna himself in the Hueco Mundo Arc it makes him look cool and hides his shitty stubble, similar to Vic's Upside Down Cross.

One of Vesna's arms have Cybermarks on them which suggest that he got one of his arms hollowed out to install some fancy ass cyberware which is later revealed to be true when we find out that Vesna did infact go to night city to get a singular mantis blade. Reason why he went to Ciberfollada in the first place is that its similar to Night City and might have secret Cyberware advancements there.

Personality

Vesna is for the most part a cynical, Carefree, Anti-Social Asshole and a goofy ass pervert. He is the type to do perverted jokes like in a typical anime but unlike them, its not his whole fucking personality.

Vesna see's the world in a extremely bleak grey believing that most of the world is ran and or controlled by the Cucked and Selfish, He is also believed to be sociopathic, sarcastic, laid-back slacker who would rather watch the world burn and plunge into anarchy instead of living in a Town who think drug dealers should get more time than those who diddle

It is unknown if Vesna feel's any slight bit of sympathy for his enemies compared to his bro Vic, Idk but it's probably the same as vic due to Vesnas tendancy to use his abilities that will inflict discomfort and pain like his infamous Cryo and Koniokinesis combination moves.

Once again i'd like to mention Vesna is a Perv but it's not over the top like Shpak Romanov's and not his entire personality.

Vesna likely suffers or has an inferiority complex due to the many times he was used as a scapegoat however this might've became another complex and provided more ammo to his cynicism also he believes that certain philosophies of certain NPC characters like for example nagato from Naruto couple work but he believes shared pain wont work because Normies would never feel a single shred of pain the average Neurodivergent has but that is besides the point

Vesna kinda has a delusion that all Neurotypicals might be evil and coexistence is impossible however this delusion usually doesn't show up a lot in the series it is unknown why and it is theorized to stem from Vesna's past along with him having to listen to Mori Chan's boring yapping about misanthropy and why all humans suck

Vesna likes to hide his Resentment and Bitterness because he knows that acting like his first incarnation and be all emo wont change a single thing about his future so he needs to live for himself and live for so much more than just following susieties boring and cucked rules.

It is unknown if Vesna has some sort of attachment issues but there's a plausible case due to how much he acts like a tsundere whenever Victor hangs out with Boognish.
