Originally Appearing in the North Hollywood Arc in 1997, He is the Mastermind Behind the 1997 Botched Bank Robbery turned 44 Minute Shootout in North Hollywood where he and his groomed Lacky from Romania, Emil Mătăsăreanu would rob a branch of the Bank of America with illegally Modified Rifles and heavy body armor before getting into a 44 minute gun fight with the LAPD where they would both sadly lose their lives, However in the late stages of Season 0 Someone using satanic magic would revive Larry in order to help an unhinged Ohio Boy Rob the local PNC Bank in his town

Larry is a well known career criminal being the son of Larry Phillips Sr., who was also a career criminal and a Prison Escapee who had Larry Jr. whilst he was on the run and under the false alias of Warfel. Larry wanted to live the American dream by the full extent and do every heist in the series as loud as possible in order to put fear in the hearts of the law who he hated with a burning passion, Not to mention Larry was a money hungry man mainly only participating in Vesna's robbery just to get more moneys

Larry envied the rich and that's what he wanted to become through a life of committing crimes and exploiting the law as according to his half brother Phillips would drive him through the streets of wealthy NPC neighborhoods and then park outside the homes of the well-known to watch them come and go, visualizing himself in their places. Most of Phillips robberies in the lore were motivated by two simple things Money and Control.

Larry apparently didn't like American Girls which is why in the events of the 90's arc he told Emil not to Date an American Chick because according to him, Larry didn’t like the way American women always talked back this is the reason why Emil later got a wife and it was because of Larry Being a manipulative Piece of shit speaking of which despite Larry being the youngest robber at 26 when he died irl and Emil being in his 30's he Groomed Emil into being in his inner circle because Emil was canonically unintelligent

Early Life

Little is known about Larry's Epic and Zased Past but we do know that he was born under the false alias of Larry Warful due to his dad being an escaped convict and on the run from the NPC Police because he did stuff like rob graves and troll the people cut to a few years later and The FBI would raid Larry's Home to arrest his father on Jr.'s 6th birthday... And this would begin to set up what was referred to as basically a lifelong hatred of the bitchass NPC Normie Police and in term all of SUSIETY in The Israel and Cucked country known as Murica.

As for the rest of his early Life there is little to no information due to susiety hiding everything away however during the 1993 arc Phillips said his parents divorced when he was 10. He came with his mother to Los Angeles. In recent years he lived with her on and off in her Glendale.

Phillips would begin to do differing acts of trolling towards multiple stores by shoplifting over 400$ of Suits from a Sears. However this would lead him unable to get an actual real estate license during the 90's saga but since Larry is a smart GAYMER he just did it illegally and scammed people. But anyways back to the 1989's because during this era and moments after his shoplifting incident Larry would he meet his partner in crime The Romanian Emil Mătăsăreanu at POOMP DE MOOSCLES gym in Venice beach now they would get along decently due to their in shared intrests in weightlifting, bodybuilding, and firearms

Anyways back to the 1990's saga now due to his epic scams on New Normies Phillips was arrested by Annoying Orange Government police after Nonasoft reported discovering that deeds of trust he bought from Phillips were forged along with Larry threatening to kill him because Nona was gonna tattle to the miraheze admins.

Despite the threat, Phillips avoided prosecution for the illegally concealed handgun taken from his waistband as he was arrested with a forged $25,000 note. Although never charged with real estate fraud the greedy government still made him pay 140k because of a civil case thingy

This made Phillips Jr. even more resentful towards big susiety and most importantly he envied the rich who got their shit from their families and he decided that it's time to enter the big Leagues.

Anyways as the 90's continued Phillips began to manipulate Emil due to seeing him mainly as a weak unintelligent fool but mainly because Emil suffered from mental issues and was a loner due to bullyings in school along with being from Romania and as everybody knows 99% of fanboy and Chum chum bible characters who come from Romania are either Batshit insane or emotionally messed up in the head.

So anyways Larry would go tell Emil that when he goes back to Romania to pick up his grandma he needs to also get a wife and not try with amerikan women because 1 they talk back too much and two due to possible foreshadowing of how bad freaky things happen American women will likely Cuck Emil with The Bibisi so Phillips just tells Emil to go get married as a side quest, and even though Emil didn't want to get married because he is not okay in the head and also he didn't wanna get married but Due to Phillips saying that he should Emil did do exactly that during his trip to Romania

At the epic beginning of the Crime saga aka the 1993-1997 Era Larry along with Emil would do an act of epic TROOOLLLINGGG by robbing An armored Bobux Car outside a branch of ZeakyBank in Matthew Littlemore Slapstick is a concept town Colorado, and it was very fucking Zased and epic anyways Phillips was bored and decided to add something ZASED to their robberies and using his contacts somewhere in the black market for a funnies idea 3 months later, on October 23rd whilst driving to a place called Kentucky to shoot the stuff that Larry bought, they were initially pulled over by GlennQuagmireGiggityGiggitydale police when Mătăsăreanu was speeding in a red 1993 Pontiac Firebird and instead of telling the truth Emil decided to lie about who owned the vehicle like a dumbass which caused the police to search the vehicle and Phillips realized they low-key might be cooked and immediately surrendered himself to the police because inside the Trunk was 2 Rifles, two handguns and 67,000 rounds of ammunition. Npc radar scanners six weed bombs, improvised explosive devices, body armor vests, normal and kawaii wigs, a stopwatch, a evil ass stopwatch, a gas mask, a Femboi skunk smell filter for the gas mask along with several normal air filters, 70 Pirated Copies of Best of Cory and three different California license plates they got arrested but since Phillips is smart he used a plea bargain to make their sentences misdemeanor's Both served 100 days in Xrison and were placed on three years of probation. After their release, most of their seized property was returned to them, except for the confiscated firearms and explosives and like half of the femboi skunk smell filter which made Larry angry because he wanted to use that as pre workout for his mooscle poomping

A few years or so after Emil fucking ruined his plan they decided to do another armored car robbery ambushing it and killing the wageslave guard driving it like a pro and stealing a few hundred thousand in epic Zased Freakpay, due to this robbery Emil started fucking around with the freakpay and by that I mean he was heavily borrowing on he and his Mothers home for her business along with his mom losing her social license because of allegations of her improperly leaving 2 Disabled People at a hospital. A year later In 1996 Larry and Emil decided to troll two branches of the Bank of America and so they did two consecutive robberies in the San Fernando Valley stealing about 1.5 Milly dollar Due to these incidents the Duo were labeled The "High Incident Bandits" by investigators due to the weaponry they had used in three robberies + Emil looked like he was high on something

Anyways after this epic gaymer trolling like a boss Emil would later start messing around with the 1.5 Milly and buying stuff for his wife and renting a car lmao along with telling Larry about how bad his mother's care system was and told Larry about how he was severely beaten and struck in the head by a combative patient staying at the facility giving him a Brain Injury very sad and how he has to take meds for it so he doesn't have a seizure. Anyways Larry would use this to manipulate him or something idk

A few months later in August of 1996 Larry was chilling like a boss before Mătăsăreanu showed up talking about how his wife fucking left him and took the kids because he had a neurological seizure which caused more tension in their relationship and now Emil is super duper dihpressed. Larry lowkey did care a bit but still he had to plan the epic big heist that was at hand

One day after Emil finally decided to get head surgery for his brain injury lmao Larry Decided that now it was time to do the biggest and I mean the HUMONGOUS!!! act of trolling to the land of the cucked of all time and that would be one last score one last bit of dough and one last paleto incident.... and so began the most rigged arc in the America anime
