Tony Chase (real name Mark A. Ray, also known as Walter Chase, and Prince Rockefeller Hughes) is a Jewish-American schizophrenic old man who is a Minor character in the second season of Neo Blood Debt who is often targeted and tormented by so called Government Sattelites made by Jonathan J.J President. Throughout the series Tony has been documenting these so called attacks by the Sattelite Men on his Teeth, His Ethicity, His Race, His Hermathrodite Penar, His freaky peepee and most importantly his royal inheritance granted to him by his true father Walt Disney, He is also noteworthy for other fantastical and dubious claims. For instance, he purports to be a hermaphrodite possessing a full set of both male and female reproductive organs, and moreover, he claims that penis is over forty-one inches in length.

Throughout the second season Tony has blamed most of the in universe issues on his arch Nemesis the Satellite Man and Jonathan JJ President. Tony has possibly drug-induced schizophrenic delusions that often mix with his life experiences. Many people whom he claims are in his life are from movies or popular media (EG Frank Sinatra or Doris Duke), and often he blames his problems on Satellite Men, people who he claims are able to attack and influence him with satellite lasers (However these claims on the Satellites are technically True) he also blames the famous Jazz Singer Frank Sinatra and the German people on his problems.

He is also known for his pizza Brand, Ballet pizza which is being interfered with by the Nazi's and the Government and the Satellite men led by Duckworth and Jonathan JJ President.

Appearance

Tony Chase Takes the appearance of a Amerikan man in his 50's. He has Blonde/White hair and he often wears transparent or colored, glasses. Tony often wears a baseball cap or a beanie and he has 2 gold earrings on his ears. His Main outfit usually consists of random shirts and pants or a Wife Beater but that is rarely.

His Teeth exhibit visible signs of decay, including large cavities, discoloration, and plaque buildup. Despite this, Tony asserts that he has never had a cavity and attributes the condition of his teeth to external factors however he blames these all on the satellite man and call these markings Laser Burns

Throughout season 2 Tony is shown to wear different headgears to protect himself from evil ass laser burns but it mainly consists of the Boxing Headgears and his vintage hockey mask because the Satellite men keep firing lasers at his teeth
