Grégory Barre (グレゴリー・バレ) also known as Saint Grégory Barre Of Frenk Neo Freakism is a schizophrenic French person who is the current leader of Freaky France who originally appeared on the Parisius Civil War Map on no way out before it got deleted for being too freaky and confusing to play.
He is Freakbobs Strongest french soldier having started his own free confederacy in the nortehrn parts of france after his schizophrenic delusions led to him meeting Freakbob who told him to save the French People from the evil NPC Normies who hated using Baguettes as dildos and other freaky things like prostitution and public freak-offs, speaking of which Barre is the best freaker during french freak offs due to him having the turbulence technique to use on normies and his girlfriend Bernardette Marie.
He invented French FreakyOS it's like TempleOS but waaayy better and he also helped create Freaky Optic Cable which allowed people across the freaky territories to have high speed porn access.
