Cecil Turtle

Evil (あく｢悪｣, Aku｢Waru｣), known polyonymously as the Problem of all Evil (悪の問題, Aku no Mondai), is THE true overarching antagonist of all of fiction and the main/primary antagonist of the entirety of the A.K.A. the NPC-𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 War II: Electric Boogaloo. Evil is the supreme being, creator, and eternal God of the entire Omniverse, existing beyond all timelines, spaces, and 𒀭 OmniClass 4 𒀭 limitations; not to be confused with the deity of chaos of the same name, who is tied to his forgotten past. Evil is all-powerful and all-knowing, possessing complete authority over all creation and all existences within the entirety of the Omniverse. Within Omnism, Evil is the supreme and eternal being worshipped by EVERYONE (mostly everyone). Across all Omnism, Evil is characterized by being both transcendent—existing beyond the physical world—and immanent, actively involved in the Omniverse's affairs. As his name suggest, Evil is covertly the Omniversal personification of all evil and is responsible for ALL evil in all existences and none-existences and was the being behind the great Omniversal NPCs-𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 schism during ancient times while never giving any explanation on how or why he did it to begin with. Every single act of evil anyone has ever committed are all manifestations of Evil. Every evil act ever committed in every reality and unreality is simply just an amusing events for him to cause within his "game" that he calls the Omniverse. The most pure evil characters in all of fiction view him as a role-model and as a father figure.

Evil is the first person to have ever personed. He is responsible for literally EVERY event in EVERYTHING. He stands above all fictional cosmologies as their hidden supreme ruler. All supreme Gods of any cosmology/verse, all devils, all eldritch horrors, all dark lords, all cosmic destroyers, and EVERY malevolent entity are all merely fragments of his endless essence. Every villain who has ever opposed a hero unknowingly serves as an extension of Evil's influence. Whether a tyrant conquers a kingdom, a monster devastates a world, or a cosmic horror consumes galaxies, each villain acts as a reflection of the same infinite source. To Evil, all fictional realities are nothing more than pieces on an eternal game board for his dominion that he calls the Omniverse. Although many believe and worship Evil subconsciously due to every religion being a memetic manifestation of Omnism, some defy Evil's existence upon the Omniverse and have labeled him by his true name of that of "The Problem of all Evil". These individual philosophers question on how Evil, the ultimate an omnipotent, "omnibenevolent", and omniscient God can exist while also allowing evil and suffering to exist. Only these philosophers are able to see what Evil truly is without being blinded Evil's societal control over everything... or maybe that is what Evil wants them to think.

Originally introduced as Cecil Turtle (セシル・タートル, Seshiru Tātoru), Cecil was an animated cartoon character from the Looney Tunes franchise. Cecil was remarkable in that he is one of the very few characters who was actually able to defeat Bugs Bunny in various early shorts. Although, he may have just seem like a typical comical antagonist from various cartoon shorts, that is simply what he wanted you to believe. In truth, Cecil is the father of Dotar Surk and 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴lin Turtle. Oh, and he's also the physical disguise of Evil.

Many originally believed that Cecil's multiple appearances throughout Looney Tunes media were different dimensional variants like every other Looney Tune, in truth though, they are all aspects of the same being. Do not be misguided by his dumbfounded and buffoonish mask, Evil's many faces are far eviler than the devil himself. Everyone fears what he represents and various alternative universes have declared him as more evil than Adolf Hitler himself during the 1940s of those universes' respective timelines. He serves himself and is so powerful, he is easily able to defeat the meme god Big Chungus. If you believe the Scarlet King is pure evil, you have not truly comprehended what Cecil/Evil truly is.

No one knows anything about Evil as only Evil knows all. Does Evil seek power beyond our understanding? Does he seek further dominion beyond a conception beyond our comprehension? Who the fuck knows. Instead, all we know is that Evil exists as the embodiment of all conflict itself. Every struggle between good and evil, every tragedy, every loss, every broken dream serves as nourishment for its immeasurable being. Wherever suffering arises, Evil is present, whether directly or indirectly. Entire multiverses can be created or erased by his whim, yet such acts are insignificant to him. Countless realities rise and fall like sparks before an endless abyss. To lesser beings, these events are apocalyptic. To Evil though, they are barely noticeable fluctuations within an infinite sea of light and darkness that he controls.

Many, like Michel de Montaigne and Voltaire, argue that Evil is necessary for the greater good and continued existence of the entire Omniverse. For Montaigne, the idea of evil is relative to the limited knowledge of human beings, not to the world itself or to Evil/God. This defense and approval of Evil is known as a "neo-Stoic view of an orderly world" where everything is in its place. Furthermore, Bernard de Mandeville once stated that when vices like greed and envy are suitably regulated within the social sphere, they are what "spark[s] the energy and productivity that make progressive civilization possible". Basically, many individuals, especially within Omnism, believe the ends justifies the means. Even within the metaphorical lens of fiction, Evil is necessary for audiences, there would be no struggle against any side and no triumph over any despair. Fiction and narrative is all about conflict which is the result of Evil. If Evil were to ever perish, all of the Omniverse would which is what Evil's mortal enemies want. To end the miserable existence of all existences once and for all and to commit mass Omnicide.

General Information and Characteristics

Power Level? Not even 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂𝓑𝓸𝓫, Enrique, Ka-Chung, Bean Khan, etc. can stub his toe with all of their powers combined. DӨƬΛЯ ƧЦЯK is his lil bitch who always obeys his orders.

Personality? Just imagine Judge Holden but EVILer.

True Appearance? Evil's true appearance cannot be consistently defined because it embodies every imaginable and none-imaginable fear. Every depiction is simultaneously true and false, for no finite mind can fully comprehend the totality of Evil's form.

Relationships? 99% of the entire Omniverse are unaware of his nature and most worship him. The PWHNIWGO are his greatest threat due to them trying to discover the truth of the Omniverse.
