That turns women into homicidal liches, called Skullgirls, who can raise armies of the dead to ravage civilizations, given to the desperate by believers of the Three Goddesses. It was created by said goddesses, in the 17th century as a doomsday tool to wipe out humanity for the Industrial Revolution. While its history of wielders had lead to the public into believing that it can only be used by women. That was just a sexist myth, as it can be disproven by Skullboys such as Klogg and Reviewbrah.
