Pteracuda's Narcoterrorist Monster Cartel, abbreviated as PNMC for short (also known as TEMU Monsters) is a criminal drug cartel and one of the many 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 chaos legions in the Omniverse dubbed a "fury of 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 chaos" (they smuggle drugs) founded by Pteracuda. They are one of the gangsta organizations working for the main antagonistic factions of the Fanboy & Chum Chum franchise. PNMC exists to destabilize reality through narcotics-driven chaos, feeding higher chaos legions by collapsing social order and transforming suffering into a self-sustaining weapon. The Weed Miser totally rules and owns the scientists that created both heads as the gangstas at M.A.D.B.R.O.W.N.I.E., but however the dinosaurs revolted against their dinosaur obsessed madman one of which being Jack Horner, who created them to serve the chaos gods, however tearing down Jack Horner was just a test to train them for their real master Wizeman The Wicked also known as Nightmare. Now acting on pure instinct and focused on murdering their prey against whose who run the Good Society, they act as savages that hate everything in their path. They are enemies of other organizations such as the L.O.S.E.R.S considering them parasites feeding off chaos without contributing to entropy. They are the archenemies of Hero and the Science Special Search Party, the group is mostly comprised of stupid obscure fictional characters most of are from monster films review bombed by movie critics and are mostly a team of monsters found within the warp working with the other chaos legions. They are often seeking to overthrow the heroes led by Gomora and his allies at Yonggary island using their narcoterrorists. The Agency Against the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society and their subgroups like to use captured and redeemed Kaiju monsters against the terrorists. They can be found trafficking other evil hordes of demons called Teletubbies for various evil organizations and wiping out various institutions with Narco terror. Po the infamous leader of the Teletubby mafia had been trafficked back out of the warp to continue Teletubby terror and can continue working with the dark Teletubby gods thanks to Pteracuda. Professor Poopypants once cloned Freaklin the Turtle's DNA after he got inflected with the Freakycooties to produce a SCP known as Modest Franklin who fights Narcoterrorists like this organization. Professor Poopypants would later end up running from the dinosaur hordes as he fought back. The current state of the organization seeks to recruit as many undetected background monsters before the L.O.S.E.R.S. get to them in order to drown them with background noise and terrorism. The head of the L.O.S.E.R.S. has this all figured out, with the information from the members they have finally traced the dinosaur lineage from his very own ducksona in hopes to take down the one and only dinosaur duck whose an eldritch monster that is over 50,000 ft tall and much more powerful than the cartel, fighting off them was a small part of the bigger picture. Howard the Duck is another gangsta descended from this dinosaur duck and creates gang violence slower than Pteracuda can.
In Fanboy and Chum Chum: xXxContagionxXx, the cartel is ultimately destroyed.
Background
PNMC did not begin as a cartel originally, it started as an extension of Wizeman the Wicked's Nightmare Enterprises in the pre-timeskip era of Fanboy and Chum Chum Bible. Originating as a front company created by Nightmare to mass-produce, train, distribute, and remotely deploy monsters across realities without needing direct portals or invasions he set off completely turn his monster distribution center as a separate shell company for the League of Gangstas, once Wizeman the Wicked accepted shares from a big corporation called Blackrock Holdings LLC. The company relies on a variety of dishonest tactics. One apparent strategy is to single out wealthy, easily deceived individuals (such as Dedede or Kyle), drain them of as much money as possible, and then stage an attack to seize and destroy whatever remains.
This system allowed monsters, weapons, and even living beings to be transmitted as data, reconstructed at the destination point using immense energy. The process was costly, unstable, and extremely vulnerable to hacking. Over time, Pteracuda and his dinosaur cohorts seized control of this distribution network. What was once the monster distribution center for Nightmare Enterprises became the logistical backbone of PNMC’s narcoterror infrastructure. Nightmare would then refocus his company on other methods to terrorize the public while allowing Pteracuda to take ownership.
The public face of the old company, the N.M.E. Sales Guy, would be replaced with a dinosaur who now unwillingly serves as the new propaganda mouthpiece and black-market broker for PNMC operations.
Product & Services
Unlike Nightmare Enterprises who held a wide variety of services, all other parts have been shifted elsewhere to solely focus on Nacroterror and monster creation. The Ebola Rex is considered to be the strongest monster in the organization. Gadgetry, Entertainment, Snack Foods and other are produced by other organizations held by the Gangstas and their parent organization Blackrock.
Monsters are PNMC’s primary instrument of narcoterror. They are not disguised, not softened, and not advertised as anything harmless. Their purpose is stated plainly: enter a populated space and make it unlivable. Each deployment is meant to shatter routine, spread fear, and collapse order across Galaxy Hills. The presence of a PNMC monster is itself the message.
All monsters are conditioned to escalate situations until containment fails. There are no defects, no kindness, and no exceptions. Anything that hesitates is reconditioned or destroyed. Many of these beings were always hostile, but never deranged and feral in rage. PNMC ensures they are.
Contract Monsters
Some assets remain physically unchanged but are forced into service through coercion, debt, and threat. They operate with full awareness and are used for infiltration, transport, and coordination inside civilized areas. Compliance is maintained through consequences severe enough that resistance is not attempted.
Forced Transformations
PNMC retains the capability to convert people, animals, and objects into monsters through invasive psychological and physical rewriting. Identity is removed. Obedience is installed. Reversal is technically possible but operationally irrelevant. Most subjects are never restored.
Breakdown of the conditioning near death is considered acceptable waste.
Services
PNMC does not provide services. It conducts operations under functional labels to move freely through Galaxy Hills.
