Norfair
Norfair, professionally known as Poland, also known as septic hell or feces paradise, is an underground country sized region of planet Zebes made almost entirely out of animal excrement and is often used by interplanetary societies to dump their poop. Needless to say, it smells bad.
This place has inhabitants such as LoulouVZ, her lover Shädman, Raku Chan, Poop Chungus, and Harlot of the Flies, although one such inhabitant stands out from the others, Ridley, who is greatly feared by those who live in the shitty trenches of Norfair.
It is DeadWingDork's go to place to content farm for his streams, looking for users and lolcows that may lurk there.
Entrance
The entrance to upper norfair is through a magical manhole located deep inside a tunnel in Yonggary island, which is on planet earth btw.
Fauna and Geological features
You'd think there would be a lot of flora and fauna there, since the world is made of shit, but actually is very few fauna roaming in norfair as few creatures other than Ridley, flies, rats and some alligators can survive to the sheer unsanitary conditions of the place without suffering from E-Colonoscopy, suflur monoxide poisoning or tetanus infection. There are geysers that shoot out liquid poo and farts instead of water and in the center there is a giant volcano called The Great Cornholio which as you'd guess, sends dangerous fart clouds and piping hot diarrhea all over the surface of Zebes every 67-69 years.
Lower Norfair/ Lair of Ridley
Deep in a tunnel within Norfair lies an enormous fatberg made out of used condoms, fat, diapers, tampons, and excrement that serves as the entrance to lower norfair. it is marked only by a sign that says "BEWARE OF THE RIDLEY"
One must squeeze in through the fatberg to get into the deepest part of lower Norfair and reach The Lair of Ridley, where you would see him ornateing Christian iconography out of shit. It is the most beautiful place in Norfair, decorated in gems, rare silks and gold gracefully jutting out of the shit walls and fatbergs. contrary to the sign and popular belief, Ridley would look out for you if you appear as a beggar. Otherwise, if you're a warrior like Samus, he'll attack you for intrusion.
