The Saying Goodbye to the Omniverse Saga™ consists of every fictional work ever and even our own damn reality, so naturally, it would have villains across all existences. These villains however, stand out as the most vile of the Omniverse A.K.A. all of fiction. It doesn't matter if you say some other random or made-up piece of shit character is eviler than these characters below, you're a fucking moron. Any character who is on this list (apart from 1^st place and the honorable mentions) is known as one of the 14 and a Half Primogenial Children of the Cecil of the Millennium as they were all born before the Zero Point and Omnism created the Omniverse. They were the very "first" characters of the entirety of fiction as they conjured themselves out of pure nothingness into existence and subconsciously follow the will of their father: Cecil (Evil)
