Daring Duck, God of the Dankhouse

Sir Darington James von Duckson II, better known as Daring Duck, is a major character in the SpongeBob SquarePants fanon series created in 1925 during the Prohibition Saga. He is a white duck always wearing his signature hat that is depicted as the mischievous yet adventurous former ally of SpongeBob. He often tries to stop his old enemy Captain Croc from destroying the Omniverse since Daring wants his side to rule it.

First appearing in The Cat and the Duck, he starred in one of the first hunter/prey pairing cartoons, directed by Maxwell Francis. He was designed to be a one-shot foil for Felix the Cat but was a massive hit with audiences as they had yet to see an antagonist as comical as Daring at the time, leading to him appearing in more cartoons, and eventually starring by himself. He would eventually surpass Felix himself in terms of popularity and prominence as time went on, having hundreds of cartoons produced over the course of multiple decades.

After the timeskip following Season 472, he serves in the ๐“•๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ด๐”‚ society's military as well as serving as one of the members of the society.

Biography

WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Early Life

Daring was born on January 18th on an unknown year to a Mr. and Mrs. Duck. He had a mostly normal life until the age of 10, when he suddenly slowly started getting dumber, but not enough to be held back. Tired of his dumbness, Daring decided to "help" it by becoming more mischievous and living up to his name. While in school, Daring and Captain Croc were buddies but would become against each other due to a disagreement over which sci-fi series is better.

Prior to being mischievous, Daring would always play a game in his childhood called "Crazy Butt".

Unfortunate Love

During one Valentine's Day in high school, Daring attempted to ask a girl he had a crush on out to the prom. However, since he was too nervous to do it, he asked a classmate of his to send it to her, but the letter was sent to the wrong girl and a disgusting-looking bastard began to never leave Daring alone, much to his frustration. No matter how hard the poor duckling tried, he just couldn't get away from her.

Daring's mother assumed his "girlfriend" was "pregnant," and Daring was forced to marry the girl, though some people thought he was marrying Shrek. Originally, Daring did not want children, but his wife made him have a duckling with her without his consent.

The Great Crossover Divide

Debut of a Duck

To avoid paying child support, Daring decided to become an actor for Nickelodeon's SpongeBob fanon series. While the producers said auditions weren't available yet, Daring would call in every single day just to avoid looking after his duckling. Eventually, auditions were available, and the producers had no choice but to let Daring audition. Daring even wore his trademark hat during his audition.

Meeting Princess Presto

While heading out to buy some drugs, Daring would meet the NPC Princess Presto for the first time. Princess Presto wouldn't let Daring buy drugs at all, and this is when their rivalry began, and after that, they would fight each other in a Tom and Jerry-esque way, though Princess Presto would always win unfortunately.

It is commonly theorized that Princess Presto and Captain Croc sometimes sends King of the Kill out to kill Daring Duck.

Splitting Ways

Daring would split ways with SpongeBob in the episode "Quack Ya Later" where he helps SpongeBob achieve his biggest dreams as the first half came to a close. After he does this, the two say goodbye to each other and Daring would leave SpongeBob.

Joining the Military

After the 57XX "peace time" era ended when it came to an end due to the May revolution, Daring would decide to join the ๐“•๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ด๐”‚ military during the NPC-Freaky War after seeing a poster saying the freakies were recruiting. Coincidentally, this happened around the same time he was fired from Nickelodeon for violating his contract by appearing in Tom and Jerry's Duck Hunt. During this time, he would be considered a hero by the ๐“•๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ด๐”‚ society due to his bravery in defeating some of the NPCs. Often during the war, Daring saw Mr. Game & Watch and Juancarlo Albaez the same way he saw Princess Presto, which also often led to Tom and Jerry-esque situations during the war. However, unlike Princess Presto, who would always be the one who kept winning, Daring would invert this to Juancarlo and Mr. Game & Watch as a soldier, where he was the one who kept winning instead.

Personality

Daring, as his name suggests, is a mischievous duck who loves anything that others would consider dangerous. After the timeskip, he becomes more interested in being much more ๐“•๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ด๐”‚.
