C&A Enterprise Solutions was your typical generic spooky creepypasta cult that Villains Fanon wiki would goon to and a mysterious technological software company that primarily developed artificial intelligence. They were the ones responsible for the creation of various shitty AIs that can be found all over DeviantArt and FANDOM wikis such as SMG4, Monika, and Caine. They would eventually go defunct but later on, an aussie by the name of Luke Lerdwichagul would buy the company and rebrand it into a media conglomerate known as Slop Glitch Productions.

The company was originally funded and created by the LARP Society, specifically Bbno$, long ago in order to develop AI powerful enough to control and save the Omniverse from Ts’ng-Thra-Thot-Akath's 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 gene. The society hired two young programmers by the names of Grant Best and Mike Dobby, the latter of whom was known for his unique love of the circus which made Grant see him as a hidden genius. Due to Mike's bizarre and surreal idealism (possibly due to a brain tumor in his head caused by something...), the rest of the programming developing team had trouble understanding the AI's difficult and bizarre ideas.

Stuart Little would later bring Bbno$ a little girl he adopted by the name of Leah as a test subject for the company to experiment with brain scanning and the development of digital consciousness. As she was tortured for the sake of the company's goals, Mike would use the data he gained from Leah's torture to create the brain scanner that was built into the headset. He would then test it by scanning his Leah's, his own, and several other staff members' brains to create duplicates of each of their consciousness in digital format, but he was unable to do anything useful with the resulting files.

The LARP society believed that the brain scanner wasn't conceivable since the files were impossibly small given that they were meant to hold the entirety of a human's soul inside of them, thus they dismissed the notion of it having actually worked and decided to end funding in order to save money on other wacky experiments to destroy the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 gene. As the company was shut down, all the employees were fired and simply continued on with their daily routines in their lives.

Fun fact you little shits: did you know that the C and A in the company's name stands for Caine and Abel. Anyway, this was a conscious allusion by the LARP society to allude to their love of the old testament and the classical tale of Cain and Abel.
