Boogregard Dolomite Shlizetti (Not to be confused with Boog the Bear), is the guardian of the Frosty Mart, however he is born a natural thug, and thus serves as the true primary antagonist to Fanboy and Chum Chum (especially so in the early episodes of series 1), as he believes them to be too dorky, hoarding away their source of nutrients: Frosty Mart Super Slushies. He treats Kyle similarly to Fanboy and Chum Chum.

It is believed that his mother named him after the demon god, Boognish.
