Odlaw (yup this is an actual character) is the evil doppelganger of a certain guy from a series of childrens puzzle books and the main antagonist of his franchise (spell odlaw backwards to find out)

While this might seem like another SUPER CREATIVE oc made by a deviantart dwelling fan of the Pooh's Adventures Wiki, this guy is the actual villain of the wheres waldo franchise

Appearance

Exactly the same as waldo but his clothes are yellow and black instead of white and red, and he has a Waluigi moustache
