It was creating by a sexologist named Dr. Rizzler zesticles by extracting the DNA of nuts godzilla busted while looking at hazelfans deviantart page, a sperm cell was infused by huge amounts of a compound known as mixmaster (the same one he used to create Project 4-12 and later Experiment number.
