Serris

Serris is a ruthless homicidal speed demon sea creature who likes to eat people and kill anybody he comes across, he is extremely fast and is basically just Ruthless Boy but with ADHD

If you see him, he'll charge at you and devour you, he'll straight up kill you, serris will not give up until you are dead, he'll attack you at 100% power even if you are very weak compared to him, he does not fear anyone, and is constantly growing in power

unlike ruthless boy, he can be tricked since he is not as smart as a human, this is also why he doesn't fear anyone, he has no survival instinct and therefore attacks anything that he sees

Serris is considered a neutral antagonist since he eats both good guys and bad guys

he has only one archenemy and its Yakuza who is the only person he truly wants dead
