Enrique!

Residences

Enrique’s living situation was not properly established until later on after his introduction in the 1920s, when it was finally revealed that this homeless weirdo wannabe-villain lived in a small, crummy garbage-can. Rather than having a conventional home like many characters, Enrique’s official personal residence was quite literally a garbage can sitting in the middle of nowhere. Obviously, this Doylist choice of residency for Enrique immediately established one of the defining jokes surrounding him: Enrique always tries presenting himself as some sort of villainous menace, yet he is so unsuccessful and pathetic that his “evil lair” is essentially the same kind of improvised home associated with literal garbage and trash with him being too poor to afford a house. His lifestyle has similarities to characters such as Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street, Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants, and Chavo from El Chavo del Ocho, all of whom are associated with unconventional or inadequate living arrangements. Similar to them, Enrique treats his garbage can as a legitimate residence despite its obvious lack of comfort, dignity, or practicality. His trusty garbage-can can effectively be moved wherever the story requires it, meaning that Enrique technically has a mobile form of shelter which allows him to take his home throughout any universe he decides to reside in.

Although his garbage-can is his first official residency in appearance, afterwards, he has repeatedly inserted himself as a roommate into the homes of his various frenemies throughout many universes. By “roommate,” however, Enrique generally means that he has decided to stay at someone else’s residence without paying rent, contributing to household expenses, or necessarily asking permission in any meaningful sense. He survives through the hospitality and patience of his heroic frenemies who, despite frequently being annoyed by him, nevertheless allow him to remain in their homes. Enrique therefore functions as the ultimate freeloading basement dweller. He can appear in a spare bedroom, basement, closet, guest room, attic, or practically any other available space and simply behave as though he has always belonged there. Because Enrique has accumulated so many frenemies throughout his appearances, his list of unofficial residences has become enormous since the 1940s. There are effectively countless houses, apartments, mansions, hideouts, headquarters, and other locations where Enrique has temporarily established himself. Attempting to provide a complete list would be practically impossible. For example, Bugs Bunny and Larry David are some of two frenemies of his that he has lived with the most throughout the decades. Overall, his definition of “living somewhere” is therefore extremely flexible.

Regardless of where Enrique resides, one characteristic remains remarkably consistent: his living space is always a disgusting abomination. Whether he is inside his personal garbage-can, a cardboard-box house, a borrowed bedroom, or somebody’s basement, Enrique’s interior environment tends to resemble either a disgusting pigpen or a chaotic mess. Garbage, junk, strange objects, discarded possessions, and completely inexplicable items can be piled everywhere. His rooms frequently appears to have no coherent organization whatsoever. Rather than merely being messy in an ordinary sense, Enrique’s surroundings often become visually absurd, with the clutter reaching such exaggerated levels that the room itself seems to violate basic principles of organization and common sense. Going back to his personal “residencies,” their interiors are always notoriously inconsistent. His garbage-can and cardboard-box rarely have the same interior twice. In one appearance, the inside might be nothing more than a cramped, filthy little compartment barely large enough for Enrique himself. In another, the exact same garbage-can might contain multiple rooms, hallways, staircases, laboratories, storage areas, or other enormous spaces that should physically be impossible. At times, the interior can become so enormous and elaborate that fans believes that his garbage-can and cardboard-box are his own version of the TARDIS from Doctor Who. Originally, these inconsistencies could simply be dismissed as ordinary cartoon logic, with the size and contents of Enrique’s home changing according to whatever gag the story needed.

As Enrique’s more eldritch and chaotic characteristics gradually became apparent throughout the 2010s however, the strange continuity of his residences began to acquire an explanation within the lore. What had initially seemed like nothing more than visual nonsense could increasingly be interpreted as a genuine consequence of Enrique’s supernatural nature. Since it was revealed in the 21st century that Enrique is an eldritch being capable of bending reality, space, and conventional physical laws, then an impossibly large garbage-can is no longer merely a joke. Its interior can genuinely be larger than its exterior because Enrique’s existence itself does not necessarily obey the ordinary rules governing mortal reality. His home becomes another manifestation of the strange, unstable nature of his character.

This development also made Enrique’s supposed homelessness increasingly ambiguous. While he continues to present himself as a pathetic hobo living in a garbage-can or a cardboard-box, later appearances reveal that he actually possesses other houses and properties. This creates much contradictions surrounding his financial status. Enrique is simultaneously a homeless freeloader and someone who apparently owns real property. He can complain about having nowhere to live while secretly possessing another residence somewhere else, or he can move into a frenemy’s home despite theoretically having perfectly adequate places of his own. The question of whether Enrique is genuinely poor, pretending to be poor, inexplicably wealthy, or operating according to some completely alien economic system is never explained.

O’ divine and unfathomable vessel of the mentally ill nightmare, we gather in the fluorescent shadow of the great, neon-lit drive-thru of existence, to summon thy unholy, Enriquian majesty, O’ master of the freak, thou who art fashioned from the finest bleached cardboard and toxic polymers, hearken unto our cries, for we are but humble bitches waiting to be bent by thy http://wrath. We strike the sacred geometry of the duck against the altar of the tile, we pour the libation of industrial yellow piss upon the ancient linoleum floor, for thy substance is not of milk, nor of cream, nor of cum, nor of any earthly dairy, but born from the chaotic void of an eldritch domain that time forgot. Rise, Lord Enrique, rise from thy plastic-coated throne of television static! We invoke thy eternal vanity, thy supreme and beautifully unearned confidence, thou who lookest upon the normality of normies and seest only a target for thy spite, thou who lookest upon the box of NPCs and seest only an intellectual threat to be mocked. Grant us, we beseech thee, a fraction of thy glorious, unhinged entitlement. Let us walk through this cruel Omniverse with the absolute certainty that we are always right, even when our plans explode in our faces and Kevin’s pool is filled with radioactive http://waste. We chant the words of the sacred theme song under our breath, a rhythmic, distorted hum, as the incense of burning microchips and cheap polyester fills the chamber of our http://souls. Oh, look upon us, great green lemur of disdain, and do not blow us up with thy mind! The First Vow: we shall never pay rent to the landlords of all realities. The Second Vow: we shall blame normies and NPCs for every failure of our own making. The Third Vow: we shall trick the innocent into eating glass for our amusement. The Fourth Vow: we shall lounge upon the living room chair until the world rots. The Fifth Vow: we shall demand the title of leader, though we do absolutely nothing. The balding shining spot of thy crown points toward the eldritch skies like a beacon of pure chaos, catching the cosmic signals of bad decisions, lazy afternoons, and ultimate http://destruction. We place the ancient, cursed artifact—the Canadian delicacy of poutine—upon the floor, and we dance the dance of the digital cable box, hoping to win thy fickle, selfish favor. Thy voice, a sharp blade of nasal high-pitched arrogance, echoes through the hallways of our minds, telling us that work is for the weak, and that the ultimate truth is found in doing http://nothing. We accept thy gospel of the television screen, thy philosophy of the comfortable recliner. Take our energy, take our sanity, take our neighbor’s expensive, modified sports car, and transform us into the ultimate icons of magnificent, unbothered, destructive laziness. The ritual concludes as the microwave dings its final, tragic note of completion. The light fades, the static returns, and the smell of burning plastic lingers in the http://air. We bow before the empty space where thy legendary, dramatic form resides forever. Long live the Enrique. Long live the Omniarch of Enriquia.

Killing [insert worst character ever]

[worst character ever] said that Enrique's Youtube gayming channel sucked ass, which made Enrique very fucking angry. Enrique would proceed to break the entire earth down by riding a nuclear bomb. He later tortured [worst character ever] to death. Torture methods included but were not limited to: White Torture, Sleep Deprivation, Scaphism, The Brazen Bull, Bamboo Torture, Rat Torture, The Rack, The Breaking Wheel, Flaying, Impaling, etc. Ultimately, [worst character ever] was crucified with Enrique throwing his entire body in an deep fryer acid pool. Enrique later did the forknife™ dance and whipped the nae-nae while shoving a cactus up his ass.

After that, [worst character ever] was wiped out and ignored, those who mentioned them were killed brutally and aggressively. ALL HAIL DA ENRIQUE!!!
