Lee Pee Sing (khmer. 李皮孫) is a chinese mafia boss who tried to conquer Italian Mafia Gang by bribing them with eggrolls. Lee Pee Sing sounds like you say "le pissing" due to the unfortunate way westerners read chinese names. It's actually Sing Lee Pee.
Chin and the ultradark Triad
Lee Pee Sing is a part of a triad group called Panda Express, because they butcher pandas illegally and illegally smuggle them into countries that are not China via trains. One time, while Lee was delivering an order for thirty pandas' testicles he realized that the person who made the order was Shadow Italian Mafia Gang. You usually don't fuck with mafia, but Lee was a fucker - he was something of a mafioso himself. Establishing the ultrasuccessful restaurant chain, Panda Express (because no Panda Express member would call their restaurant Panda Express because it's too obvious) he bribed Italian leaders with eggrolls and gyoza, until the only city standing was Vatican. Pope being a racist piece of shit only ate Vatican delicacies: children.
After killing reds, Chin got the peaceful life he always dreamed of. But during one of the streams where he was dressed as a maid and played Noita with the Neco Arc mod he got his red senses tingling. Lee was the only surviving reds Chin needed to destroy.
