Perkins is known for ruling Fandom with an ire fist, allowing only the worst and most mind numbing wikis allowed hosted on his site like the Pooh's Adventure wiki. One of the only good wikis on his website was the Neo Scary Godmother wiki which he sent his minions: Kimberton, Captain Pingu, and Hazelfan to delete because he was jealous and angry that that wiki alone was the only good part of his website.

Similar to Captain Pingu, Perkins Miller is a secreted homosexual who likes getting his ass spread and raped by Buck Cluck.
