Sbarro the Annihilator is the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 left eye of Ren Höek who has the ability to de-attach from his face and become a character in itself. Being a freaker, it usually is separated from Ren thanks to the fact that he's an NPC. It once commanded 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓑𝓸𝓫 and Freaktrick to have gay sex.
