Sportacus was a Greek mortal turned God of Olympus; Known as the God of Sport, Sportsmanship, Games and Fitness. He plays an active role of looking after the human race, protecting them from threats to their livelyhood, especially Lazy Town, to aid in converting their lives of slovenliness to a healthy, stronger, and happier life from the love of physically active games, via his encouragement and inclusion of various sports to all his fellow man.

Through the millennia as a god, he is always watching out through his zeppelin where he hones his skills of various sports and exercise. He had helped to invent many sports for mankind such as gymnastics, ultimate frisbee, skateboarding and extreme pantomime (professional wrestling).

He is one of the last great bastions at preventing the human race from fully succumbing to the withering physical health of humanity. However there are malicious people who wish to stop them from preventing an obesity epidemic and the growing physical weakness among the human race, such as Pyrocynical, Homelander and Lord Lavender (better known this instance as Robbie Rotten).

He gave birth to the Olympics, as a way to keep mankind aspiring to reach peak physical heights, and as a form of prayer and tribute to him. Many of the founding sports added the first Olympic games referring to the trials he faced. His strength shown from the Olympics are so powerful that he can beat racism, as evidenced by the 1936 Summer Olympics.

Path to Godhood

He still faces many hard trials, such as his battle against Jeremy Clarkson and his son: Stingy, as Stingy uses his car to try and murder Sportacus

Much like Hercules he became a god of Olympus thanks to the ten labours that would permit him to godhood should he succeed these labours in order were:

  1. Beat Sonic The Hedgehog to a race
  2. Threw a javelin, a disc and an iron ball further than the Chuckster
  3. Pinned Gorm the Nephilim in a wrestling match and winning his pony tail
  4. Outdanced for 7 hours against Vibri, in Pollonia
  5. Resisted taking steroids from Momus.
  6. Survived the spelunking through the caves of Androzani
  7. Survived the torture of Gachimuchi and claiming the choker of the gym boss
  8. Leaped over the longest gorge in Crete
  9. Sent The Avogodo to Hades
  10. Ascending Mt. Olympus

One of his many enemies who seek to undermine human health.
