Odlaw (yup this is an actual character) is the evil doppelganger of a certain guy from a series of a children's puzzle books, and the main antagonist of the aforementioned franchise (spell odlaw backwards to find out).
While this might seem like another SUPER CREATIVE oc made by a deviantart dwelling fan of the Pooh's Adventures Wiki, this guy is the actual villain of Where's Fucking Wally!? As an evil version of Wally, he never mingles and hides, thanks to his striking yellow and black.
Appearance
Exactly the same as waldo but his clothes are yellow and black instead of white and red, and he has a Waluigi moustache. His glasses appear to be shades as well, how edgy.
