Odlaw (yup this is an actual character) is the evil doppelganger of a certain guy from a series of childrens puzzle books and the main antagonist of the aforementioned franchise (spell odlaw backwards to find out)

While this might seem like another SUPER CREATIVE oc made by a deviantart dwelling fan of the Pooh's Adventures Wiki, this guy is the actual villain of the where's waldo franchise

Appearance

Exactly the same as waldo but his clothes are yellow and black instead of white and red, and he has a Waluigi moustache

Personality

well, the villains wiki describes him as "disputatious, acquisitive, unpleasant, loathsome, uncaring, repugnant, traitorous, duplicitous, manipulative, blameworthy, unmerciful, obnoxious, ruthless, hateful, greedy, rude, cocky, snooty, selfish, menacing, sadistic, conceited, diabolical, egotistical, unscrupulous, argumentative, cantankerous, prejudicial, avaricious, conniving, possessive, contentious, delinquent, and unlikable in almost every way" (that's a load of adjectives) so i guess we could say he's pure evil

In universe

his only true goal beside's stealing waldo's stinky old magic walking stick is to take over the world with his fellow failure characters Spaicy chicross and Black Sonichu

He is the archenemy of the CBT wizard
