Luitrich is an extremely horrifying, sadistic eldritch cosmic entity that likes to commit genocides for his own entertainment and plans on both killing literally everybody and destroying the entirety of fiction and reality, showing that he has no remorse for anybody whatsoever, regardless of alignment. He spends all his waking hours torturing innocent people by making them suffer fates much, much, MUCH worse than death, and they are unable to die when he does his vile actions. This is the only thing that genuinely amuses Luitrich.
