Project 4-12 was the autistic pet dog of Gomora originally created by a sexologist named Dr. Rizzler zesticles, he was originally created as a creature for sex until his creator discarded him for being not sexy enough, he frequently joins gomora and his friends in their quest to save Yonggary island from Zigra
He is the archenemy of El blanco
