Then one day he got bored so he killed 5 kids and put them into animatronic suits. After his defeat at the hands of the Vampire Butcher, Joe Lean brought Afton to Father Painbringer to build him a new and improved body. This resulted in the creation of Springtrap. He wields the stand Master of Puppets.

After the police finally noticed the fucking obvious relation between the murdered children and William, they tried to imprison him, yet William managed to sneak away and get himself a new identity as circus ringmaster. With his new identity as William Alfons he is going through the whole of europe to entertaint people with circus stuff. The circus even managed to withstand the tried cancelation of peta due to using animals in their performance. It is noted that William is still killing children and uses them for the circus hot dogs.
