Bounce is Dragon's batshit insane and demonic adoptive brother who's even more fucked up than he is. His favorite weapon of choice is the nuclear bomb, where he drops them all on NPCs and they die instantly from the explosion and radiation combined. He is a bedbug of unknown origins and age that is the most violent and dangerous character ever and will cause mass disasters for the fun of it.
