Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr., also known as Liquid Jack, Atatürk's Chosen One, the Jack of the Turkish, or Kaan Ozdil, is the main antagonist of the entire Blood Debt lore being responsible for most of the events in secret. He is the leader of the Turkish shadow government and is responsible for causing the Third International War because he was sick and tired of the noobic union and decided to secretly cause tension which led to the war. Jarkarta is an evil man who is a cornerstone of the deep lore of the fictional country of Turkey (not to be confused with Turkey), that he called after a fat ass bird. He is also responsible for putting Anton Olegovich Kazakov in critical condition which led to the Cottage shooting. He is stated that he had sort of involvement with the mass shooting caused by Stanislav Jr. and being a ally with John Reed.

Creation of Jakarta

Before time had a name or some shit after the first world war a Meteor would crash in the middle of the Ottoman Empire moments before it crumble and what emerged from that meteor was a creature that would later be formed as the savior of the Turks.

Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr. got formed from the thought soup of collective subconscious fears of the Greeks. He got formed into a turkish man that hated Orthodox Christian Church and told everyone that gyros came from the Middle East.

Jakarta was having a good day in his home playing CS:GO until he got clipped by some greek child in response to this Jakarta declared war on the greeks leading to a seven month war. however the war was sucking and Jakarta realizing he had no time for this shit supplied 40 WMDS to Furlexei Tailasov to reduce the country into nothing but ash.

Involvement in Antons death

Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr. invented a method by which one can separate the weak from the strong. He added rose water and red coloring (blood of greeks) to lokum and decided to give this to Anton Olegovich Kazakov knowing damn well that he wouldn't survive it due to not being a true turk. this would later lead to him being put in critical condition and soon his death.

after his death Jakarta would pay 12 people about 100k in cash (which was later revealed to just be fake movie prop cash) to rob the cottage of Antons Depressed veteran mother in like a few years this would later lead to the cottage shooting caused by Veronika Kazakova.

Partnership with John Reed

Jakarta would enter an alliance with zased John Reed after the events of the second monobank shooting caused by Stanislav Jr. Unloading a minigun into the bank and running away. He and John Reed would meet up at some random ass alley to prepare for the true big score which was to basically kill every single person who is apart of the noobic government

Jakarta wasn't informed about Fyodors decision to legalize and make fentanyl free which later led to the great fent wars between The Trinity and The Nubagami.
