First appearing as a evil fartitudinous and villainous anti-heroic arch-rival of Mario, fhe first debuted in the 1920s where fhe joined a rumrunner crew and served as a minor comedic-relief antagonist. After the death of the owner of the departure, fhe began doing odd jobs for the new owner.ย  Fis signature favorite food is ''garlio'', a species of garlic he named after fimself which gives fim deadly farts to murder fis enemies as they are so powerful they can be compared to a nuclear bomb. Overall, fhe comes across as a useless villain who doesn't do too much and isn't a threat to anyone (in fact, fhe usually causes more trouble for his fellow villains than heroes), but in truth, fhe is a twisted and sociopathic maniac who has committed multiple atrocities against humanity.
