Background and Description:

I. M. Meen was a librarian of Ram Ranch and also was once the most powerful magician in not just in Mexico, but even in the entire world. However after 1000 years that title was taken by Chris Chan, Harry Pothead and finally some kid from a library who escaped from his Toon World Tome. Since then he had a strong hatred and fear for children and especially child prodigies. Wanting to reclaim the title, he beat the shit out of self proclaimed witches on Tik Tok, until he came across a hex maniac Pokémon trainer, where she puts a curse on him that prevents him from feeding off the living to remain youthful.

Desperate he later partnered up with Kyle and The N.E.R.D.S despite them being bookworms, but they are not goody two shoes, so they're cool on his book. He joined can kill children who could outsmart him, but left almost immediately, when he tricked Kyle into eating shit for a prank.

Personality wise. I. M. Meen acts like Kyle if he was less angsty, He believes he's the most powerful magician in the world. He hates Annie the Star Child, jealous of her Masters Degree in English at a young age compared to him where his literacy skills can be compared to the people who write in this wiki, riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. His favorite hobby is killing stray cats and writing German fairy tales to give children an irrational fear over the most basic of things, making him more sadist and vampiric than even Eliza.

He is shown to never let things go, since he never quits being an anime villain and YouTube Poop material, even to this day.

Powers and Appearance:

He may look old and grey haired, but he also appears to be as flexible and wavy as your average cartoon character, capable of athleticism impossible for a man that looks to be his age. This could be thanks to magic, but Jimmy once pointed out that it may be cocaine that gives him his manic energy and exaggerated ADHD behavior.

He wears a long blue blazer and underneath; a red shirt, beige pants that sag with one sleeve having a shoe holding straightener, with other sleeve not. He has long disgusting fingernails and a pirate ear-ring on his left ear. Overall it gives him the appearance of looking like a hobo who tries to dress smart.
