There is one significant alternative timeline in Skullgirls where she kills [[Marie]] and claims the [[The Skull Heart|Skull Heart]]. Using it grant a wish to make Painwheel revert back to Lacey, which worked, as the drugs disappeared from her system alive and well, but still retained some physical scarring.

Overtime however Filia becomes corrupted by the Skullheart and becomes the antagonist in Fanboy and Chum Chum: Arena. Where Lacey, Fanboy, Chum Chum, and [[Bob the Oompa Loompa|Bob The Oompa Loompa]] team up to stop her slaughtering millions.
