The Peepee Poopoo Man was a horrifying unidentified serial killer who roamed in the streets of the Baskin robbins empire. Some say he was sent there by orders of Freaky Bob himself. He had a kill streak of 35 ice creams before being captured and executed via NPC ice cream firing squad.
