STRELA

Description

The STRELA Squad is the Noobic Union's version of a SWAT team, they are deployed in high-risk, high stakes operations that require specialized tactics and gear (i.e. counter-terrorism, hostage rescue, etc.) which regular Politsiya units don't have. The squad consists of 6 operators, Alan Tuaev, Artur Tolstoyanovsky, Emil Gasanbek, Ilya Barkov, Said Rasul, and Vadim Korolev. There is also an extra character in the squad, Yuri Andreyev, a junior lieutenant currently exclusive in Chernaya Zone. Events January 2000: The Police got reports of a shooting at the Monobank, they sent out STRELA to take down the perpetrator Furlexei Tailasov resulting in many deaths and injured civilian. Two STRELA officers were killed by Alexei before he was taken down. Unknown Date: The Politsiya Got Reports Of An Heist Crew On The Loose So They Pursuited The Heist Crew In Attempt To Stop Them. [I don't know who won but i believe its mostly the politsiya or if a mod can write who won] Now: Skibidi toilet takeovers the world Unknown Date: Ilya Barkov is kidnapped by john reed in order to use him as the body double for Punished "Venom" Alexei Unknown Date: The Polisiya got a even bigger report about a bank robbery that was caused by the same heist crew from earlier was being robbed and as such they were sent to stop the robbery at the first noobian bank. However this would lead to a massive firefight between them the street gang and the heist crew Same Date as the bank attack: ALAN FUCKING DIED Unknown Date: After realzing that the Turkish Shadow Government needed to go STRELA sent thousands of unnamed officers to the base of the Turkish Shadow Government to kill Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr. however this would lead to a 72 hour standoff with the turkish shadow government leading to hundreds of deaths of the Politsiya and STRELA. Unknown Date: Emil quits STRELA in order to get his true job at femboy hooters Unknown Date: Vadim Crashes out Unknown Date: Ilya quits STRELA in order to get his true job as a half eel half dog hybrid for his master Pawman Furgorov. He also has glasses and a wolf cut.
Ilya Barkov	Junior sergeant, STRELA operative, suppressed marksman, and HUMINT specialist. Was later revealed to the be the strela member who was used to make Punished "Venom" Alexei	Dressed in law enforcement attire, a bulletproof vest, a balaclava, and has no visor.
Yuri Andreyev	Junior lieutenant, STRELA liaison officer, STRELA detachment leader, and CQB specialist.	Dressed in a green nylon jumpsuit, a greenish-yellow camouflaged tactical vest, green military boots, and a raised visor.
