Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-8966 is to be contained within a 5km special perimeter with electrical fencing surrounding it. All personal guarding the perimeter must be single and/or female. Any civilians attempting to enter the yellow zone of the boarder must be deterred with a warning that the surrounding building is currently being demolished as a cover up, any personnel without authorized level 4 security clearance testing are to be shot with the equipped tranquilizers, offenders are then to be applied with class A or C amnestics, when appropriate.
Description:
SCP-8966 is a normal DMV building located in Q██████, Rhode Island, USA. However its anomalous properties manifest when a married male individual (hereby referred as SCP-8966-1) wears a wedding ring, the building will resemble to them as a restaurant building named "Husband's Restaurant".
When SCP-8966-1 places the wedding ring in one of their fingers within 1 km of SCP-8966's vicinity, SCP-8966-1's clothing will replace whatever items they were previously wearing with the following clothing and items: an XXL polo shirt of usually teal or beige colouring, XXL leather coloured kahki shorts adorned with between 16-24 shed keys in their pockets, and dad sandals at the speed of 299 792 458 m / s. Facial apparel and wedding rings appear unaffected by this process.
Testing on these anonymously produced shed keys have shown that they are skeleton keys to sheds, including ones of anomalous nature, for instance, SCP-8966-1-FAMILY-GUY possessed a shed containing another shed, which paradoxically continues to contain more sheds each.
Upon entering the restaurant, all SCP-8966-1s will appear to gain 20% more body fat than they had, although this is purely visual.

Addendum 8966.1:
SCP-8966 was discovered by SCP-939 after he got married with POI-Scholtz post containment breach, SCP-939 was shown SCP-8966 by SCP-8966-1-FAMILY-GUY through interrogation, after mobile task-forces apprehended SCP-939 and kicked the butt of SCP-8966-1-FAMILY-GUY, the foundation accidentally discovered SCP-8966 during the capture when senior agent Swanson had an argument with squad member Eugene over whether SCP-8966 was a restaurant or a DMV. After better intuition of SCP-8699's properties, The county government was replaced by Foundation officials momentarily to implement a law that bans marriages which, due to a memetic effect, cannot be changed by the real government. The cover-up by the government states it was sanction against gay marriages from happening. After proper containment set up, sanctions against marriages were revoked.
