Pein Uchiha is a missing survivor of the Uchiha clan's side branch massacre. He hasn't awoken a stand ability yet. Pein was a shifty character, born to surprisingly happy loving parents. However on his way, he was attacked by a giant ravenous seagull, where it stole the bag of magic beans from him and gobbled up the lot! This put Hogwarts on a massive debt, forcing him to get sacked on the spot. He had however learned a lot about the use of magic at his time there. Specializing at turning Gay Bowser into other objects, as well as shooting lightning from his finger tips, and turning into a black cyclone that could carry many things, like Gay Bowser, to fly away.
He went to China to learn more ways of cooking creatures, and later North Korea. North Korea gifted him his most favorite dish he tried so far: dog soup. However some piece of shit anthropomorphic dog named Galilei stole his recipe. He tries to defeat him and retake the recipe numerous times before. Only to get his ass handed and getting robbed even further, not just the ordinary stuff but his rare, last of its kind: Uchiha memorabilia! Nowadays he seeks to rob of Galilei what is most important to him as revenge. This leads to him getting hounded, and with prior experience, knows it's better for him to run from him. Using his magic to back him off and making his stalking a pain in the ass.
