Loopin' Louie
Loopin' Louie is the elder, lamer brother of Waluigi who unlike green mario with Mario, really lives under his shadow. His only friends are Gassy Gus and Board James, only ever been given a damn about board game freaks. Deep into the politics of RFK. Jr and Ted Kaczynski, he develops a vendetta against animal farmers (especially the ones focused on poultry) for animal cruelty, the spread of diseases via livestock and the carbon tax and the destruction of natural habitats caused by farms. Despite being an avid environmental activist, he oxymornically travels only on plane, cuz he's mad enough to never trust a car, finding them too dangerous as a mode of transportation, seeing as there are too many BMW drivers and potholes on the roads.
All he's ever does in his acts of activism is flying around his plane attacking nearby poultry farms of America, setting chickens free and bombing farm houses. He's never been caught for his crimes as literally nobody but board gamers give a shit about him.
