Liao Shun is a recurring Supporting Character turned minor antagonist in Neo Blood Debt who was introduced in the INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS Update of Neo Blood Debt.
He was perviously known throughout the series as the man who helped Kai Zhang with killing the evil Ji Jung-tae during the Kualton arc of the season 2 prequel series but it is later revealed to the people afer several arcs of season 2 that Liao was secretly an agent of chaos sent by the chaos gods that Evil Ass Jia Wenqian worships to cause calamities like for example the infamous united kingsland no breathing law, He is also known for being the husband of Shutterstock Miku
Appearance
During the Kualton airport arc and before his unmasked revelation Liao Shun's appearance mainly consists of a standard issue Type 87 Camo-adorned Jyushonese Uniform consisting of a jacket and matching trousers, as well as a helmet a Grey Hood and a Type 65 Gas Mask. He also wears a fuckass square on his chest that says "1997" on it. He also Wears a pair of Black Boots and Black Gloves
When he revealed himself as a chaos agent, he removed his mask entirely which shows off his Short Black Hair, Dark circles around his eyes and his most notible feature a Red Scar along his nose it is believed that this mark Helps Liao regenerate his blood for his blud manipulation abilities. He also opened his jacket a bit during the second season.

The good thing is that Liao using his chaos magic figured out how to put actual Vocaloid songs in her database like a boss
