Who is John Rod?
John Rod is a highly mysterious and autonomous entity originating from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands. He is so powerful, he trancends all stands and becomes the trans-stand; the chosen entity that would break the cycle of stands and become one within all multiverses.
Theory of Formation
Rather than being a classical manifestation of a physical body or soul, John Rod is thought to have originated from a two-dimensional split within the space-time continuum and electromagnetic signals.
Omniversal Nature
His body possesses neither a face, nor organs, nor muscle tissue. Logically, he is a two-dimensional line entering any three-dimensional universe. He is more powerful than Mr. Game & Watch and Bill Cipher.
LORE
John Rod is one of the many entities within the Omniverse Saga whose purpose or reason for appearing is unknown; as is typical of such entities. In other words, he is generally an ambiguous being. Because he is an ambiguous being, he doesn't have a direct weakness. All we know is that he is the most powerful two-dimensional being of all time.
John Rod Fuckface is the strongest Fanboy & Chum Chum character because he lacks purpose, both narratively and mechanically. Furthermore, he is one of the strongest anime characters of all time.

The logic behind this entity in a physical sense is as follows: two huge ass bright wires appear in front of the player, and when the wires form a humanoid stick figure, Rod is reborn. After Rod in reborn, Johnny boi here follows its enemies with no delay. He can (noclip) anywhere in any universe, making him truly illogical. When John Rod catches his enemies, his target becomes engulfed by small bumps with these bumps 
the target in a pictosecond. If you want to escape John Rod, you can't. You're fucked.
