Elggarg Arrghman

Elggarg Arrghman is the evil clone of Graggle who larps as a pirate. He ransacks random grocery stores in Springfield amongst a plethora of various other chaotic, unthinkable and unhinged shenanigans, like littering. He constantly frames Graggle for all his wrongdoings and got him arrested like 14 times. Unsurprisingly, he is Graggle's and Togore's greatest rival and he hates the shit out of him. They get into multiple Spy vs. Spy type encounters and try to kill each other but they both fail comically at doing so. It doesn't help that they both rely on Acme products that are specifically designed to backfire against the buyer.
