Crisp'Opher Tutter "Stinky Blue" Rat is a FREAKY! psychopathic paranoid schizophrenic maniacal axe-wielding war crime committing edgelord rodent who once taught us how to put fentanyl on hot chocolate. He was briefly the emperor of the Baskin robbins empire and the 𝔖𝔘𝔓ℜ𝔈𝔐𝔈 𝔏𝔈𝔄𝔇𝔈ℜ! of Penisylvanus and Ohio, and led the first rodent expedition into the planet of Youranus. He also helped promote the Freaky Saga so he's freaky as fuck. He heroically killed Peepeeraper with a flamethrower, along with Bartholomew Chainsaw who assisted him, butchering him up with a comically large chainsaw.

He might not even be Freaky, it's a possibility he was once an NPC but switched sides ever since Freaky Bob conquered the Baskin robbins empire. His true affiliation is nearly completely clouded in suspicion. It could just be that he's fucking insane and doesn't give a flying fuck about the NPCs and Freakers and likes causing chaos and drama.

He sometimes kills his victims with chainsaws just like his homie Bartholomew.
