CIA

CIA (Seeaiyay) is an average sized guy employed by the Central Intelligence Agency. His master plan is to capture Big Guy (Bane) in order to obtain a promotion and earn himself a fancy feather for his hat.

After CIA captures Big Guy with his two brothers who have alotta loyalty for hired guns; Bane breaks free from his cuffs and crashes the plane (with no survivors).

It is presumed, however, that CIA survived.
