Moretti Is a minor character in the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Saga he is the former handler of The Twins and is an informant of the ⛧ 𝐍𝐞𝐨-𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 ⛧ along with his buddy Bikey. he is also a member of the Italian Mafia. He only appears one time during the Bloodsport Freakytale arc

It is stated after the arc that he got a part time job at Jerry's Bait Shop (Y'know the place)
